Regrettably disappointed by customer service. As someone who’s empathetic and works in the industry I was made to feel bad for asking for it. I was looking forward to a morning coffee and enjoy the space, but now don’t want to go back due to feeling unwelcome.

Lack of service, rudeness, and no apology
I had the worst experience here and will never return. The sign at the entrance says "ALL TABLES ASSIGNED AT THE TILL," and the staff confirmed this when we asked if we could wait after ordering. They said we have to line up again just to put name on the wait list, but then we saw other people just sitting down without being assigned a table, and no one told them anything.
When I asked the staff about it, they rudely cut me off, said they’d "make the rule," but nothing changed. The people who skipped the process weren’t even informed about it. On top of that, they gave me the wrong order.
If you're going to have a system, it needs to be consistent, and your staff should actually enforce it. This place needs better staff training if they want to keep customers happy.

I used to love this place but not anymore. they changed the rule like "all tables assigned at the till" and it was totally meased up. While i followed that rule, some people just came and sat without ordering. And the staff didnt concern at all. So i had to wait a lot. Even one staff was so rude. I wouldnt recommend this place.

They should inform customers about the time limit for eating before ordening and making the payment. The food was excellent, but we didn’t get to fully enjoy it. A staff member asked us to leave in a rather rude manner. Due to this experience, we won’t be returning. The customer service was disappointing.

Brown butter salted caramel crueller and mortadella supreme were both amazing, matcha latte was pretty good, and all the other pastries were pretty good too.
The lady barista gave me a dirty glass for water and was not even happy that I mentioned it was dirty. Customer service lacking.

I recently visited Nemasis, and it was an absolute delight! The latte was one of the best I’ve had in a long time—perfectly crafted and incredibly flavorful. Their freshly baked croissants were equally outstanding, easily among the best in the city—flaky, buttery, and melt-in-your-mouth good.
What really stood out, though, was the atmosphere. The staff were not only friendly but genuinely joyful, even singing as they worked, which added a unique and uplifting charm to the visit.
Nemasis isn’t just a place for great coffee and baked goods; it’s an experience. I’ll definitely be back soon! Highly recommended.

I would not recommend this place. The service was poor, and they insisted on seating us at assigned tables. The pastries were dry, and the bread was also stale. I was charged for a large coffee, but the mug or cup was much smaller. Overall, I was very disappointed.

They have exactly what I look in a coffee shop! Extremely good croissants that they make on the spot with really good ingredients. You can actually feel that it’s well made and not a cheap croissant. Very good coffee too, Very consistent. Every time it’s the same. Another thing that I really like it’s the location (ship yards). You grab a coffee and your pastry and just go by the water with your family/date. The thing that I’m sometimes don’t like about this place:
-too popular and sometimes there is a big lineup and no place to sit.
-one particular lady that normally on the cashier(never smile, trying to rush you with a little bit of attitude. I’ve noticed like 3 times)
-parking it’s not as easy.
Yea I know you can’t have it all. Over all I love this place. Keep the hard work people are enjoying it.
