The quality of the food is not good! The portions are smaller than before. The taste is not the same. The dishes are prepared inconsistently. This place has changed and NOT for the better. Sadly Woon my family will looking for another restaurant to order from.

This food is terrible, I ordered the egg fu yung ,I have made this dish there actually was no egg it was some kind of batter ,no chicken pieces,it was a greasy awful mess of a food dish. The chicken fried rice was terrible again no chicken and the lemon chicken was just greasy. I looked at the reviews after I received my order, maybe they have 2 different cooks because some of the ratings are 5 star and some are like mine, I spent over $60.00 dollars for the egg fu yung, chicken fried rice and the lemon chicken, overall a great disappointment, I will not be going back there ever again, di yourself a favor and don't waste your money

The food is fresh and from local business. No frills just great food. The deserts are home made too.

I come here regularly and love it, although I'll admit some dishes can be hit or miss. My favourites are the beef chow mein, the lemon chicken, and the ginger beef. However, the mah po tofu and Mongolian beef were inedible - basically just half a jar of chilli garlic sauce dumped over both. I have a good tolerance for spice, but I couldn't eat either of these dishes. The staff are always very friendly however, and the restaurant is spotless. Western-style Chinese restaurants are getting harder to find all the time, and this one is a great option on the North Shore. Also, they offer cheap and fast delivery!Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie options, and all very good!

We ate here and afterwards just sat around talking, and they brought us water and once in a while, kept checking up on & refilling our glasses. So great!

One dish was overly salted and delivered to a senior ,with regards to the very high prices I would not order there again and we also tipped very well .

Go to Westview. If chinese food from the seventies is your thing with mediocre flavors and north american taste, go for it. This place is not even slightly authentic. Drive a few more blocks down the street and go to Westview. I can't believe I wasted my money on this aweful food. I don't know whether I should throw it out or try and turn it into something better.Don't even waste your Yelp time. Westview or Capilano Gardens. Nothing else.
