My dad and I have been getting takeout from Nobu for 20 years. One of my fondest childhood memories is stopping for sushi on our way from an after school activity; now, as adults, we still come and pick up when he’s in town! The food is as wonderful now as it was then, and the owners are such wonderful, kind, hard working people. We are so grateful to have Nobu still in Edgemont!!
The assorted sashimi plate was very nice!! It is just an assorted bowl up to the chef. Great presentation. It was enough for small portions for two people. My favourites were the salmon and the shrimp, it tasted very fresh! The place itself isn’t big, if you’re a big party you might have to split up or sit at the counter

The quality of fish is very high, which is what i look for in sushi. Its a smaller space with a limited number of tables, but i think that is a reflection of the fact that they want to maintain the higher quality of food.
