Quality Chocolate and Fudge
I just tasted the legit world's greatest fudge and found out they use butter instead of the new unhealthy canola oil aka rapeseed oil fad and as we in Canada seemed to be hit hardest by a schemed toxin of rapeseed being renamed as it is extremly volatile and toxic in the human body and produces allergy like reactions but that my delicious milk chocolate fudge went fast and I bought extra for later. So happy to find out they only used butter and carnation milk! Don't have a photo of the empty wrapper to post, sorry i ate it that quickly!
When I visited they gave me free salt water taffy, I definitely recommend!
Fudge was old and dry and not very good.
One of my favourite places in the Quay! Staff are super helpful and kind, even when it is very busy. Gem of a chocolate shop. Would definitely recommend if you are in the mood for a sweet treat.
For the price- the experience was not good...first time at the counter - I was ignored..I came back 4 times as the person working wouldn't look up from their book..when I finally said something- attitude was given...to the point of calling me Karen...sorry I thought someone should work while at work...won't return...don't recommend...
It was tasty, but far too expensive. They rang me up and I paid, too shocked to respond, but I won't go there again.
I bought some fudge from this place and was really disappointed.
It was overpriced and the quality didn’t compare to other handmade chocolate shops I’ve tried.
Unfortunately, the girl at the counter was also quite rude and seemed very impatient.
Customer service is just as important as the product, and both were lacking here.
I expected a much better experience for the price I paid.
Sadly, I won’t be coming back and don’t recommend it to others.
There are much better options out there with kinder staff and tastier treats.
Completely ridiculous you ask for tips, this is not a restaurant. I order standing, someone grabs something from a shelf, I pay. Simple isn't it? I'll change the rating to 5 starts (you have great candy although overpriced because of the location) when you change the pos to not ask for a tip.

Got the milk chocolate fudge (the classic) and a chili flake dark chocolate and some toffees. The fudge was very good, very sweet but very good. I guess I got what they were known for. Everything else was just ok. Recommend checking out the fudge if you come here (and I’m sure they have many other options that are amazing I had to avoid getting high blood sugar so I just tried what looked the best to me)

We always buy something when we go to the shipyards, they have a lot of great and delicious options!, not only choosing nuts, coconut or marshmallows, but also the chocolate/cover they have white, milk and dark, today we try the coconut with white chocolate and the marshmallows with dark and was so tasty, the staff is great and the place is clean.

Hands down the best chocolate I’ve ever had. The owner’s Dave and Connie are beyond amazing. Utterly delightful people who have a true talent for chocolate making. I moved away recently and I visit in part just to come here. I would and do continuously recommend their chocolate to everyone I know.

While walking around the Lonsdale Quay Market, we noticed Olde World has vegan options. The vegan options were labeled with a green “v.” Most (if not all) of the vegan options were dark chocolate and mostly variations of bark, but they also had a few other choices. We tried a hazelnut bark and a raspberry jelly. They were both good. While I would love to see more vegan options, it was a nice treat.
