This new Vegan Cheeze is horrible. It tastes like plastic. Basically what you have done is gone backwards in the development of vegan options to the days where the vegan cheese was mostly avoided by vegans.... Go back to using Daiya - at least it tastes good..

I’m so disappointed with the new vegan cheese option. Panago is the only thing I ever order in, as a treat, but sadly the new cheese is so disappointing. Sad to say it was my last order :( I live in a small community without a lot of options for me, so this one is a hard one to not have as a vegan option any more….

Well just had another issue with one of their drivers. Last time they said they don't get tips but there's a five dollar delivery charge was not impressed they walked away with $10 for one pizza. This time I preordered and paid for a delivery. Guy drops it and tells people it's not paid for and get another $32, for a prepaid pizza. What a thief. I called Panago and demanded the driver go back now and hand over the stolen cash and apologize.
They said that's not our policy and it will take 1-3 days to figure out. What a load of crap. They'd have the cops knocking on my door if I ripped them off $32.

My order is always perfect, food always arrives on time if not sooner! Always delicious, wish they would bring back the glass jars of sauce because the jalapeño ranch is amazing and love to keep it in the fridge but I’ll of course settle for ordering a bunch of smaller sauces

The new vegan cheese is inedible, spongy, grainy trash. It tastes like someone made a roux and poured it on a pizza. Not giving them another dollar after 22 years of loyal business until this is corrected.

I’m going to start by saying we have ordered from this Panago in past years and had zero complaints about the pizza. This time around my husband really enjoyed his meat pizza. He said he would give it an 8 1/2 out of 10, which is good! I ordered a gluten friendly crust with plant base cheese for myself and our kids and was extremely disappointed when we opened the box. They have switched to a new plant based cheese and as you can see in the photo the tiniest bit of cheese was drizzled on the pizza. Half of this pizza is supposed to be just cheese for the kids. Mind you, plant based cheese, but there wasn’t anything there!! I had two very upset kids who then didn’t eat. I would’ve given one star, but I called the panago number right away and a very lovely lady listened to my complaints and then gave us a credit, which was really nice, but didn’t help our hungry kids. My husband will probably use the credit, but I don’t think I would ever order from them again. I would also suggest to anyone ordering the gluten friendly crust to have it twice cooked or something? It was very soft, but maybe this type of crust doesn’t crisp up?

I really enjoy the pizza at Panago. It’s definitely fast food, so it’s quick and convenient, but the flavors are spot on. While I know it’s packed with MSG, it adds to the taste and makes it delicious. The crust is always fresh, and the toppings are generous. It’s not the healthiest option, but if you’re craving a tasty pizza and don’t mind the extra seasoning, it hits the spot every time. It’s perfect for a casual meal when you want something fast, flavorful, and satisfying.
