Panago is my go to pizza and has been for years and will be for years to come. However, occasionally I get some bad luck and get delivered cold pizza.

Ordered delivery 2023-10-19 around 11:45 for an office lunch. My gluten-smart crust was covered in flour, and I had a terrible reaction.Now, I understand cross-contamination in an open kitchen can happen, but it legitimately seemed like whoever prepared my pizza deliberately put flour on the bottom of the crust. There was a lot. If this was accidental, then it’s clear no effort was made to minimize potential issues.I can’t trust ordering here again.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-smart crust was covered in flour. I went there at 8:40 pm and they told me they are closed. Google said they are open till 12 am. The sign on the door said they are open till 10 pm. Came back home and ordered through uber and got the food no problem. I cannot believe this.

Horrible customer service, i went in asked if there was any promotion going on and the front desk person just point to some flyers not saying a word. Having a bad vibe already i still continued to order. I placed an order and waited 20 minutes then received my pizza and left. Once i arrived at my car i needed to see the pizza and of course it was burnt. Never comming back and recommend you guys to go somewhere else.
