Pizza is good but last three times ordering we are told mushrooms are not available, I see many pounds of mushrooms in the grocery stores, what is the supply issue?

Ordered two medium pizzas and hot wings. Ordered double pepperoni on my pizza which came with even less amount as normal, both pizzas are cold and undercooked. Wings are soggy with pink meat and supper soft skin. Called customer service wanting a refund and requested they come to see it for themselves, they only offered partial credit not refund. I’m ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED by the quality and customer service. Stay away!

I ordered the new mushroom pizza yesterday. YUMMY. I ordered it on a thin crust. Perfect combo. I order from the Capilano Rd. franchise all the time. Not one complaint.

The person who makes the pizza puts in a lot of hardwork and is very kind towards his customers. You can also tell he loves his job which is a great sign if you're ordering food. Every single time I order pizza from here I ask for the dips on the side and every single time they put the dips into the box ruin the box and ruin the dips. I have left over 10 notes on my file to stop puncturing the box with the dips which ruins the dips from overheating them. I have left over 10 notes on my file to stop puncturing the box with the dips yet every time they do it. Panago change your boxes back to the original boxes without the slots for the dips. This is a food safety issue. Basic food safety keep cold food cold and hot food hot.

I recently went there and the pizza was amazing! I was unsure of what to get and it was quite late but the man working there was very nice and helpful. He recommended the steak mushroom pizza and i ended up really liking it. I definitely recommend going here if you feel like eating some good pizza.

This PANAGO PIZZA is the best PIZZA in the town. We were eating late around 1 am. But the guy made that veggi pizza as best ever. He made it as his own family gonna eat it. And he was smiling all the time during preparation of the pizza . You know that is the main ingredient to make good food.There service was beyond expectations.even they were late to close the store.This place is super clean and well maintained.Thank you PANAGO?

The pizza was delicious, and the place is cozy. It's great for takeout or eating in the car. There's also an Iranian gentleman there with whom you can speak Persian. It's open until 11-12 at night. The only downside was they didn't have ketchup sauce!
