Papa Johns Pizza

Im writing to express my deep disappointment regarding a very unpleasant experience I had with your restaurant. I recently placed a large order of approximately 11 pizzas from your establishment for a gathering with guests. Unfortunately, to my shock and embarrassment, one of the pizzas contained an insect.

This was not only unacceptable from a hygiene and food safety perspective, but it also caused me considerable distress and embarrassment in front of my guests. I had trusted your restaurant to deliver quality food, and this incident has severely damaged that trust.

I have video evidence clearly showing the insect in the pizza, which I am prepared to share with the relevant authorities if necessary. I believe it is important that this issue is taken seriously and properly addressed to ensure it does not happen to other customers in the future.
I expect a prompt explanation and an appropriate resolution to this matter. I hope your team will take the necessary actions to maintain

We had to Wait for our order when we called before hand and everything the customer service here is terrible and they are rushing everything so it’s not the papa Johns standards. The place is dirty the Wellcome mat needs to be washed

We waited about 15 more minutes to get our food it just sucks we call and and we get this kinda of service!

I got the pepperoni and mushroom, I barely can see the stuff and cheese in there it was look like you eat only bread , I never get it from there anymore, you pay for only bread , not even one star worth it

We often order from this Papa John’s for gatherings and parties, and the flavor consistently hits the mark. The pizzas are crowd-pleaser. It's a reliable choice when you're feeding a group and want something tasty and familiar.

One downside: they don’t offer direct delivery you have to go through third-party apps like Uber Eats or DoorDash, which can be a bit inconvenient (and more expensive). Still, for pickup, it’s quick and dependable.
