I've been coming to Parse for a while, and their food never disappoints! The dishes are always fresh, flavorful, and authentically prepared—it's clear they really know what they're doing. Highly recommend if you're craving delicious, high-quality Persian takeout!

This place is great! Tasty food, big portions, reasonable prices. Nice variety of traditional Persian dishes that you can't find at other restaurants. Fantastic option for takeout when you don't have time to cook

This is primarily a take out restaurant but they do have some seats for a quick bite.
Their selection is huge and their service is amazing. The counter people are pleasant and attentive. Their portions are generous, the quality is good and pricing is very fair.

We ordered Halim for breakfast, and it tasted authentic and absolutely delicious.

The Gheimeh was just like a homemade one—comforting and flavorful. Their Juje Kabab was also fantastic.

On top of that, they gave us a complimentary soup, which we loved. The staff were great and very welcoming, making the whole experience even better. We’ll definitely be back!

Probably the best Persian takeout in Vancouver. The staff are friendly, food is really good and authentic.

But since last night, we ate Alweh salad sandwich. Since midnight, my wife and I both have a severe heartache after eating. In the middle of the night, my wife threw up several times, and even this morning we had to go to the hospital, and it turned out that we were poisoned from last night's food. Alweh salad Unfortunately, we cannot work today due to illness
Because of this bad experience, we will not buy from there again

Parse Kitchen is a great spot for Persian food, offering a mix of traditional flavors with a modern touch. The menu includes Persian classics like kebabs, stews, and rice dishes, each prepared with authentic spices and fresh ingredients. I was especially impressed with the juiciness of their koobideh kebabs and the balance of flavors in their fesenjan, a rich walnut and pomegranate stew.

The only slight drawback was the wait time, as it took a bit longer for the dishes to arrive than expected. However, the quality of the food made up for it. Overall, Parse Kitchen is a solid choice for anyone craving genuine Persian cuisine and deserves a strong 4 out of 5 stars.

This place is amazing. Not only are the staff friendly but the food is amazing. Even though I’m not Persian all my Persian friends love it. Another plus is that some of the servers don’t even show the tip menu!
