had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. This was honestly the worst steak I’ve ever had in my life—it was burnt, and when I complained, they refused to take responsibility. The overall food quality was far below expectations, especially considering the high prices. I would not recommend this place if you’re looking for a quality dining experience.”

Not much to improve in one of the last of the few really local feeling pubs. Bar keepers with personality, a server who knows everyone's name, and wood beam design that pleases all. My beefdip and salad were great, my Herman's dark on tap was only 6.50 and my stop was complete and well worth it. A real classic pub, unlike so many these days with high beer and food prices and a sterile feel Go there!

Thank you to Justin and Sarah who helped us last night at 11pm at the Pemberton Pub. My wife and I locked ourselves out of our house while walking our dog and had no keys, no phone, no money or ID🤦‍♂️. The staff quickly helped us with calling around for a locksmith. And we got back in. GREAT FRIENDLY NEIGHBOURHOOD PUB💪👊. We’ll be back, but for beers and burgers 😎

The menu has been replaced and we no longer see high quality choices. Gone is the BBQ, the steak and other quality choices. Prices are up. Many pizzas and burger offerings.

I tried to order a Big Mac at about 11:15 am. I noticed the drinking glasses for sale, so I ordered one with my food. The manager herself told me that I would have to wait 15 minutes as lunch did not start until 11:30. I said I’d buy the glass now, while waiting for lunch service to start. I was told that was not possible as the glass purchase had to be made *with* a food purchase. I reminded her I could not order right then as she had just told me I couldn’t order until 11:30. She said “no you can’t do that”. I offered to pay for it all right that minute, and she tells me again no you must wait 15 minutes. They would not sell me anything! I wear dentures, but I was not wearing them this morning, and something like this (disrespectful, discriminatory treatment) always happens when I’m not wearing my dentures. The manager was so rude and dismissive towards me that I left feeling humiliated. Great customer service! I hope this manager understands sarcasm when she hears it.
