TLDR; tasty deli food, but I wouldn't recommend due to the off-putting service.I was looking to make a sandwich at home so I had asked for ~100g of sliced meat and same for some cheese. I was told by the counterperson that 100g of the ham would not be enough for a couple of people. I responded that I didn't need more than the 100g. When I said I wanted ~100g of cheese, the counterperson responded with she would give me 10 slices.Since I ordered other deli items at the time I didn't question the checkout price when paying. But when I got home I could see I was given over 2x the expected amount. So instead of paying ~$8 for this lunch I paid just under $20 for extra food I didn't need.Maybe being this pushy works for some people, but I'd rather support a business who provides more honest service, where they actually listen to their customers.

The food is excellent, especially the coffee and sandwiches. You can tell they are passionate about food, much better than fast food restaurants. The service is also very friendly.

I had an extremely uncomfortable experience today. I voiced my concerns to the manager and unfortunately, I did not feel heard. I am disappointed and I wish it had not come to this. But to have my concerns dismissed is hurtful and upsetting.

Love their deli counter! Many things to discover in their freezer. Beautiful cheeseboards! ~ Feels like Europe. A bit spendy, but it’s a wonderful experience. Every time I go there and the gentlemen behind the counter greet me with a smile and proudly show their produce, I feel appreciated as a customer. Tonight they stayed open to help me put together an easy dinner after we had a tough day at the hospital. ~ Gratzie, Bello!

The paninis are actually good for the price of $12. But the lady and gentleman behind the counter are fairly rude. I’ve had 2 encounters where they’ve been rude to both customers and employees of theirs. Not really a welcoming atmosphere and overall take away from the experience of going there.

Best Italian Deli in the greater Vancouver area and amazing olives and coffee. Rathing four starts as theybdo. Ot seem to carry high-end Italian whole wheat pastas that would make them complete from my perspective. It's still a great place!!! Great service and nice environment, too.

In our Italy we are not so rude, arrogant and think that we alone have Italian products. The staff must be treated well.!!!!Especially in front of customers and beyond. It's a shame, we are very sorry. People are not all the same and you seem un-Italian even in theyour dress and always be in people's mouths. You didn't invent hot water. In Puglia you think you have diamonds under your peppers? Stop it and be humble even with the staff. You treat these poor people for three cents and like in third world places. Slaves are not part of North America and you are not true Apulians at this point. Little common sense but it will soon change for you too. The deli is public, not private. You are all looking for a good analyst or rather group psychologist in Family between the boy owner Lino and his sister completely out of her mind they send you a nice sanitation check or something else because I have never seen such behaviorgender. You may not verbally abuse any of the employees or customers. you are both vulgar and arrogant.Great disappointment and shame to be Italian.Customer service 2 _RacistsHygiene 2Quality 3.5Prices 2.5E.g. (biscuits) some of yours cost in burnaby at BOSA and other Italian groceries around $1.99 and you $5.80Is cheese parmiggiano from Saputo Ontario / Quebec or does it come from Italy Emiglia Romagna..? People It costs less in Italy. Don't waste money for zero quality with respect for Saputos Family. The meat is from Columbus company Alberta/ BC, where does the meat come from?Location 5.

Great store with lots of quality products/items but the owner of the store definitely needs an attitude check - I thought something was off after hearing how she speaks to her employees and reading the reviews here confirms that. She also has this interesting trick where if you ask for 100g of cheese she will cut off a huge amount and ask “is this good?” to guilt you into purchasing much more than you need.
