Been coming here a very long time. I have tobagree with alot of these comments. The happy hour, isn't very happy.
This place has some decent competition in their neighborhood, if they don't pick up their game everyone can go an extra 5 minutes down to steam works. Better food better deals.. cmon.

The service and ambience was a nice typical pub.
The food though... I had the crispy chicken burger and my wife had the yorkshire pudding, was subpar. Portion was decent but the taste was lacking. The yorkshire pudding was too chewy and was basically the base of the food not the typical format which is what we were told & expected.
The chicken had a thick batter at the time and was a bit too greasy, even for our standards.

Love a good Happy Hour! So I can't recommend this pub. Not only do they not provide any info on the actual Happy Hour (other than time) on their website or socials...their main 'Happy Hour' beer, Moosehead Lager, was reduced by 75 cents at Happy Hour. Yep, $7 rather than $7.75. Wow?!? Combined with an ancient ambience in both setting and patrons....why bother coming here?

If you’re looking for a local to watch a match this is decent spot. Even when the rest of pub is empty the bar seats are all taken by a cast of regulars.
