I ordered large spicy chicken burrito, which only had 2 tiny pieces of chicken. Overall quality of rice and other ingredients was also bad. Earlier, the quality used to be good, but nowadays it’s deteriorating

Hi visited the store last night around 1:30am when I was so hungry coming late night from my work. I had the best burrito of my life. The server was so helpful and kind. Loved the fresh food and her energy.

I went to Quesada Burritos & Tacos yesterday, and it was awesome! The burritos were fresh, full of flavor, and packed with generous portions. The best part? I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent dining experience at tucos and buritos.

I was excited to visit your restaurant as I had heard great things about your tacos and burritos. However, I encountered a significant delay that has prompted this feedback. I placed my order expecting it would take the usual of 5 minutes but I ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes before my meal was ready.

While I appreciate that unforeseen circumstances can arise, the lack of communication regarding the delay left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. A simple update or apology during the wait could have greatly improved my experience.

On a positive note, once the food did arrive, it was delicious and met my expectations in terms of flavor and quality. However, the enjoyment was somewhat overshadowed by the extended wait.

I hope that you can take this feedback into account to enhance your service, perhaps by improving communication with guests about wait times or finding ways to speed up the preparation process during busy periods.

Buyer beware. Ordered a burrito bowl for delivery. When it arrived the bowl had VERY little lettuce. Very skimpy on all ingredients ordered. The bowl was maybe half full. Felt very ripped off. Will not order from the lower lonsdale franchise again.

I had a great lunch at a Mexican restaurant on Saturday. The service was friendly and attentive, and the quesadilla was delicious. Highly recommend this place for both the food and the service!

This place is my worst nightmare
There was a giant black hair wrapped around my quesadilla and we paid 45$ for there to be hair in our food when we got home honestly so disgusting
