Unfortunately, the ladies there think they give cakes for free to the customers; angry, eye-brows up, no smile, rude, tough, and so impolite. We come to buy not to ask for charity, and put in mind that it is always like that. Yes, I came today with my wife and my adult sons who also didn't like the way you ladies talk to your respectful customers. When entered, we said Hi, but no reply except that hard look to ask me and my wife about which box we want to use. Again and again, we come to buy to support our community businesses, and we need to be treated in a polite way.

I bouth some sweetness it was bad and ftozrn , when i wanted to return to them they had bad feedback with me , they didnot say any apologize to me .
And we used two of them they reduce from my payment and then they returned to me cash instead of my card .i paid to them by card . They dont have good customer service .They were talking to me sarcastically.

We got two cakes for our birthdays and both times it was frozen inside with low quality that my guests were complaining in front of me in the party. When I tried to reach them on the phone instead of apologizing they hang up on me and ignored me. Awful customer service. Never get anything from this bakery.

I had ordered a cake a week in advance for my birthday, but when I went to pick it up, they had completely forgotten about my order. I had specifically requested a mocha flavor, but they only offered a plain chocolate cake instead. It was very disappointing, especially since I had planned my birthday around this order. Unfortunately, their customer service and attention to detail were poor, and I did not feel valued as a customer.

I got a cheesecake yesterday. It was the worst cheesecake I have ever had. To be honest, it was more like a very low-quality tart. Imagine ordering a pizza but getting a poor-quality sandwich instead.
Was given a box of delicious treats, just cant stop grabbing one everytime I pass through the kitchen.

I bought a Shirazi Falooda, but it was completely frozen and inedible. I went back into the store immediately, but they refused to accept a return or admit that the freezing issue was due to their fridge. I ended up throwing it away. It was a very disappointing experience. Not recommended — especially for Canadians who are used to stores honoring return policies. This place doesn’t even consider a return after one minute, even when the issue is clearly on their end.

Amazing bakery! I had the Persian saffron ice cream and faloodeh—both were absolutely delicious and full of authentic flavor. Definitely a must-try! The lady working there was incredibly helpful and gave me plenty of information about their cakes and how to place an order. Great service and even better treats!
