Iman is professional, efficient, and customer-friendly. He handled multiple inquiries of walk in customs so quickly and communicated clearly in both Farsi and English, which is great for food business in the neighborhood.

I have been buying bread from the Bran Bakery for seven years. During that time, the quality of the bread has always been high and the staff has always treated customers with respect. However, on my last visit, I had a disappointing experience. After purchasing the bread, I realized that it was dry and unfit for consumption. I immediately returned it to the store, but the cashier refused to refund my money or exchange the bread.
The seller, who is also an Iranian man, explained that he could not return the bread due to health regulations. This surprised me, considering that during my visits, he himself had not observed proper hygiene measures - such as wearing clean clothes, using a hair net or hat, and maintaining a clean appearance.
I hope the bakery takes this feedback seriously and improves both product quality control and hygiene standards.
Great bakery with fresh, high-quality bread. Always soft, delicious, and perfectly baked.
Best place to get your fresh Barbari bread. My only complaint is that they are so busy that sometimes you cannot even get hold of them to put in an order. Otherwise, great bread, great price.

Saboos Bread Factory makes the best Barbari I’ve had in Canada, and I’ve tried many in Montreal, Toronto, and Vancouver.
If you go in the afternoon, the dough is perfectly risen and developed, and the bread comes out beautifully baked.
Truly top-quality Barbari!

Tried chicken souvlaki and it was delicious and well priced. Tasted like Greek/Lebanese/Persian but the flavours were excellent. Great place for large groups.

We like saboos bread . However I am disappointed keep going there and back with empty hands telling me breads are pre ordered.
At least they should have saved some bread for customers who wanted one or a couple bread . Hopefully our voice be heard to the manager or who owns this bakery and do some improvement in this regard that make sure all customers be served and satisfied. Thank you for taking time and listening to our concerns.

had such a pleasant experience at Saboo’s Bakery in Vancouver! The flatbread and breakfast cream were absolutely amazing. I’ve never tried anything like them anywhere else in Canada. The food was healthy, the texture perfect, and the staff were so friendly and respectful. I 100% recommend this place to everyone!

I always used to buy your bread and it was good. But the bread I bought yesterday was too salty. I wish that when they realize too much salt was added, for the sake of all customers’ health, they wouldn’t sell that batch or somehow make sure salty bread
doesn’t reach the customers.
