I like some of their products (especially zataar and pizza) but hate going to this store because the staff is always rude and impatient (for absolutely no reason, no matter how friendly we are with them), as well as unknowledgeable.
Their service is not as good as it used to be. Sometimes the bread is underbaked; they have poor inventory management and are disorganized when taking orders by phone or in person. They make good, traditional breads. They need to improve their customer service.
This was my second time purchasing from Saboos, and just like my previous visit, the young Indian lady working at the cashier didn’t seem very happy to assist customers. If she isn’t happy with her job, it might be better for her to consider another role.

Whole wheat barbari is really good here with fair price.
We had an extremely unpleasant experience today. The cashier/staff ignored us for roughly ten minutes, refusing even to make eye contact. When we finally asked whether they carried barbari bread, they responded, “What’s that?” After some awkward gesturing, they told us they only had a different type of bread. We stepped away to look at the other stuff and returned—only to be ignored for another five‑to‑ten minutes. They then informed us that the bread they had just mentioned was “reserved” and that we would have to wait 45 minutes for a fresh batch. We left and don’t plan to return. Please train your staff in basic customer service
I love whole wheat bread and breakfast cream. I highly recommend them!

The bread used to be much better. Now it’s way too thick, with too much dough inside. This is supposed to be Barbari bread, which should be thinner and lighter — not like a baguette.
The most delicious food you will get. All fresh ingredients with wonderful service and a great atmosphere.

Saboos Bakery feels like a taste of home! The Barbary bread is one of the best I’ve had, and the khameh (breakfast cream) is absolutely delicious.
