I recently purchased for whole wheat flatbread from Saboos Bakery in North Vancouver, and my experience was very disappointing. The quality of the bread was terrible — it was burnt, misshapen, and just not what I expected. To make matters worse, there were pieces of paper stuck to the bread. This is completely unacceptable, and I can't understand why the bakery would let something like this happen.

I’ve attached the photos to show exactly what I mean. I truly hope Saboos takes this feedback into consideration and improves their attention to detail. As a customer, it feels like they don't care about delivering quality.

Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won’t be returning unless I see improvements.

The products of this shop are excellent, but I hope they will be more careful in choosing the sellers. I ordered bread tonight, November 2nd, and after the breads were finished and we were waiting for the next breads to be baked, when the breads arrived, the seller started reading my next numbers and no matter how much I protested, she didn't pay attention. And rudely gave me the bread. These two sellers were really rude and unsocial in their behavior. I hope they will change next time.

This place went to crap after management change. They ration bread sales like it’s 1945

It’s understandable that the staff could be tired but the fact they refuse to pack your order in the bag is interesting practice. The staff are not very service oriented,

Excellent home baked barbari flat bread and zaatar bread.
The home made hummus although expensive at $8 is very tasty and much better than supermarket sold one.

I wish they sold olive oil so you could eat with the oven warm bread with hummus straight outside the shop sitting in your car :p

The breakfast cream was also well priced, and closest to clotted cream and goes great with wholewheat buttermilk tea biscuits, and a nice homemade raspberries jam.

I bought bread here, but it was more like a baguette and it was too thick to eat

Great bread, when fresh. Never buy anything a day old or get their bonus for over $50 purchase. Found an insect on the old bonous bread.

I love Barbari bread here. When I crave high-quality Iranian bread at a good price, I highly recommend SabooS Bakery.

☠️DO NOT BUY BREAD FROM HERE?.. UNSANITARY CONDITIONS
First time I found a hair in the bread it didn't bother me as much as when I found a finger nail in the bread the second time.. and frankly when you look in the back where the bread is being made there are a lot of young INDIAN students who are making the bread so go figure....

IT IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND UNACCEPTABLE.. ???
