The Barbari and flat whole wheat breads are great. But unfortunately most of the times there is not ready to sell or they have been sold out before.
I would like to express my disappointment with the service provided by Saboos Bakery. We placed an order for a bread , and we were informed that it would take approximately 25 minutes. However, upon arriving at the bakery, after about 50 minutes we received our bread without any apology or explanation for the delay.

I went from a distance to buy bread, it was 12 noon, they said I have to wait for two and a half hours, even though the bread was on the shelves, but they said it was sold. While when the store is open, they are obliged to provide bread. Without any apologies.

I am writing this review only for their customer service (the quality of its bread is amazing).I called them and asked if they have flat bread available, and a someone told me yes you can come. In less than 10 mins I was there, and asked for the bread. Two ladies working there told me you have to wait for at least 30mins. I explained I called and you told me it's available, but they both laughed and said "did we tell you? really? hahaha..." I couldn't believe what happened there, so rude and disgusting.

They never pickup the phone ! Most of the times when I go after work to buy bread they are sold out and suggest ordering in advance over the phone, and when I try calling them, they never pick up!

The whole front desk team are the least cooperative and enthusiastic I’ve ever seen!Skip the long waiting timeSkip the different quality (One day good bread, another day dough bread)Let's ignore the fact that there is a lot of bread, but they say it is for another customer.I just don't know why the seller thinks that I am taking her bread, Very angry and sad. If you are not happy with work, then it is better to work in another part and not behind this desk.I hope the management team will look into these issues.

Although the quality of Saboos bread has lasted over years and we are happy about it, but unfortunately the size of breads are shrinking and getting smaller than they used to be day by day. Such a disappointment when I recently got the 3 of flatbreads in my hands. Customer service and the way the cashiers treat people here is also another issue. I am sorry to be the one leaving this feedback. As a loyal customer who uses this service over the years I think it's important to leave my feedback in hope for a positive chance.
