I had the best experience in Persia BBQ , the food is unbelievable, I thought that I’m in the Iran, Tajrish square, the kebab was so delicious, I think the management and chef has been changed , Chef Farzin was the best that I have ever seen, his family did the best hospitality for us, don’t waste your money and time anywhere else, just ask for Chef Farzin, thanks folks!

Sadra has replaced Khaghan in Vancouver's West End on Denman!
I went on a Saturday night and ordered the barg top sirloin kebab, served with crispy rice. It was delicious and flavourful, served with tomato, saffron, onions, and chopped parsley. I'm glad that Sadra has found a new home!

I know this restaurant has closed down but I really hope they re-open another one in North Vancouver cause I have not been able to find joojeh this delicious anywhere else. I am surprised more people didn’t know bout this place cause I think the food quality was the best in all of Vancouver. Sad to see it close down.

Today March 1 2025 they took my online order on their website for pickup at 7 pm. I go there door sign says Open in neon but doors are locked and lights out. Little handwritten message says “sorry we are temporarily closed”. Wow. Shocked, disgusted, frustrated and you have ruined my Saturday evening. Expect a complaint for fraud. Everyone please watch out.
Barg was really bad
Best Koobideh I have had in Canada so far.

Some suggestions to improve your food:
- Do not pour paste and potatoes in the soup. It was the first time I saw something like this. Meanwhile, one corner of the soup was cold, the other corner was hot.
- The sabzi qormah was good, but it lacked Omani lemon and did not taste sour. A lot of vegetables were fried. The pieces of meat were big.
thank you

I heard they changed the management, so we decided to visit on Sunday. There was live music, and we ordered Gourmet Sabzi, Tadik, Koobideh, and yoghurt shallot. The food was decent not extraordinary but good enough. The overall experience was nice. The service was a bit slow because of a large table, but everything was clean and organized.

I just 'discovered' Sadra and will say this is by far the best quality persian food on the North Shore. The hormone free chicken is cooked perfectly every time and the yogurt dip they make is top tier.
