We went early for lunch on Saturday and no one else was there. Ash-rashteh was the first thing we ordered and split. Soltani (tenderloin) and koobideh (ground beef) kebabs. And then one koobideh (two skewers of ground beef and rice). The koobideh was okay, but not excellent. Perhaps the meat was too lean. Not juicy. Not dry either. Tasted decently seasoned but not quite to my liking. Unfortunately with all of the competition just on this block, okay does not quite cut it. Service was good. The ash-reshteh was cold. My partner said everything tasted a little cold. I did not quite agree. Though nothing was hot. Maybe it was left before being served alightly too long. The ash-reshteh (I think noodle soup on the menu) was not good. Tasted very floury. Not well seasoned. Tasted like it was leftovers from a week ago. Not good at all. Maybe she could have said we don't have it today or whatever.Overall, not great. Presentation was nice. You get crispy (tahdig) nice with each dish that comes with rice. This is good. Price is a little higher than our usual spot Mehman just down the street. In my opinion not worth it. If you want a larger dining area and better atmosphere, I wpuld recommend this one over Mehman. But not for the food unfortunately.

The quality was extremely unacceptable. It's surprising that, despite many close competitions in North Shore, some fellow Persian eatery owners fail to maintain an acceptable standard in providing delicious Persian cuisine. All the necessary resources are readily available, so sacrificing professionalism for lower costs is unnecessary.

We had the Kashk Bademjan and the Fesenjoon Stew. The Kashk Bademjan was a really good appetizer and I would strongly recommend trying it, while the Fesenjoon Stew had a pretty unique flavour, but a little too sweet in my opinion. The portion of each item was very good (almost equivalent to two meals) and prices were decent too. Overall atmosphere and service were pretty good as well!

Ordered dinner through Uber Eats. Flavorless Koobideh, Old rice, Oily Zereshk polo chicken, Shirazi Salad was so old and tasted like rotten tomatoes. Everything tasted like it was cooked and kept from yesterday!! Why do you do this to your customers?!Disappointed… ruined our dinner!

We got a Gheymeh Bademjan and Koobideh takeout. They were too oily! The Koobideh had too much seasoning (Zardchoubeh). The rice was good. The Gheymeh came with Hickory Sticks, not cooked fries. Its meat slices were big. We asked to have onions and Somagh, which were missed.

this was my second visit which also turned out to be the last visit. I ordered Gheime stew. After having very few bites I noticed the split peas were 90% half cooked and as a result difficult to chew. Also the stew felt oily and hard on salt.Worse thing came when I saw a hair stick to my tahdig. When I told them the waiter apologized but continued making jokes about this incident and laughed at it, I didn’t know what was funny exactly. I wish I knew!Food: not good, not clean, not fresh.Staff: not professional, not trained properly.Atmosphere: the music getting played there, makes you wonder if this is a Persian restaurant or a small cafe in town.Overall:Disappointed. Mainly that this was not handled professionally from the business owner or a manager, and ofc low quality of food.

My experience in terms of food and service was at an acceptable level, however, I doubt the hygiene of the employees.I accompanied my son to the male washroom, the kitchen worker came out without flushing the toilet bowl after pissing, and surprisingly I did not see any evidence that he washed his hand... the hand wash sink was dry at all.It was our second visit and for sure the last.
