This was one of our favourite restaurants - took our out of town family there last week only to discover the menu has changed completely. No more seafood tower, beef carpaccio, or whole roast chicken. Had we been on our own, we likely would have left before ordering. Sadly we won't return with this menu...if the menu reverts to its previous version, this will be back on our list as a fave date night spot.
Been to this restaurant for dinner a few times and it's always been great but breakfast was a bit disappointing. While everyone who had ordered a dish with poached eggs asked for soft poached, 3 out of the 4 got medium or hard. The bread used in the avocado toast wasn't actually toasted. We went for a family Christmas Eve breakfast and it would have been nice if they had holiday music playing instead of 80s pop
The restaurant has an elegant and relaxing atmosphere, making it a pleasant place to dine. The food is flavorful and well-prepared, and the service is warm, friendly, and attentive throughout the meal. During happy hour, they offer $2 oysters, which is a great deal. I’ve visited several times before, and on previous visits the oysters were noticeably larger. Unfortunately, on this most recent visit, the oysters were quite small compared to what I had experienced in the past. Overall, it’s still an enjoyable spot with good ambiance, solid food, and welcoming service, though the oyster size during happy hour was a bit disappointing this time.

Average food, burger was tiny, too much mayo with about 12 French fries. Waitress had the personality of a doormat and felt like she didn’t want to be there. The music playlist was made by a schizophrenic dj and way too loud.

We had a short staycation in North Vancouver and this was, by far, our favourite restaurant of the trip. The food was delicious, well-curated, and of high quality. There were plenty of drink options and a great balance of flavours.

Dined here with another couple. Had the Mediterranean Charcuterie tray which was very tasty; followed by the steak frites by 3. I personally had the trout which was excellent and very large serving which I ended up taking 1/2 home. It had roasted veggies and potatoes with it as well. My only concern was the area where the table was. It's like a large hallway with tables on either side of it.. “it's like it was an afterthought “ Hmm” Overall food was very good and service was steady.
Great location, not too loud, and good food.
The vegan menu (the cauliflower dish) was fantastic, but very small, so I left hungry.

The food at this restaurant is actually quite good, but unfortunately the service during this visit was not pleasant.
Our server also seemed to be acting as a bartender, so he rarely came to our table to check on us. As a result, both ordering food and drinks took a long time. When we were ready to pay, we waited for about 20 minutes and couldn’t get anyone’s attention. We eventually had to ask another server to help us with the bill, but she also forgot about it until I kept looking at her and she finally remembered.
Overall, I was very disappointed. I dine at your chain quite often, but this location has the worst service by far. This is not my first time dining here, and in general the service attitude has always been worse compared to other locations — but this visit was especially bad.
One more thing worth mentioning: if your prices have changed, please make sure to update them on your official website as well. Otherwise, it can easily cause confusion and discrepancies at checkout.

Went for a happy hour get together with friends. Great menu for sharing. We enjoyed all we ordered, very tasty . Both food and drinks were good value for money on the happy hour menu. The service was great. Attentive but not overbearing as we were a small group catching up so didn't feel rushed or pressured. The atmosphere was conducive for visiting - not so loud that we could hear each speak, unlike some other spots in the neighborhood. Would recommend, and will be back to try brunch and dinner.
One of the best places in North Van. Lots of options at reasonable prices. The waiters are super nice and the happy hour is great!

We had a lovely meal (steak was cooked to perfection and appetizers were tricked out with a lot of extras)! The service couldn’t have been better. One of us was having a birthday and we were gifted a lovely blueberry mouse treat after dinner. Would definitely dine here again. The only minor annoyance was that there was a large corporate thing going on near us and I found them to be a tad bit noisy.

Always such great food and amazing atmosphere. They're always able to get me a reservation when I call even last minute, they're so accommodating. Such a great spot with local, interesting, and healthy food.

Never made it to the food. After a poor greeting at the door and being seated in a cold sterile what looked like a back room and not the main dining room with loud bad music playing we decided to spend our dollars elsewhere. I honestly think the reviews are fake. Don't believe them.
