A truly lovely and peaceful place tucked away in the heart of the busy Shipyards. The atmosphere was calm and inviting, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a quiet moment in a vibrant area. ☺️

A+ service mixed with the sexy but professional customer service by none other than Andrew = unbeatable coffee!

Ordered a nitro cold brew. I didn’t like it. Maybe I should order a hot coffee instead.

Best prices and best quality of all coffee shops on the Quay.

The coffee was quite enjoyable, although as someone who appreciates a good espresso, I was slightly surprised that the double shot didn't have a deeper, richer flavor that I usually expect. It seems that it may have had to do with the beans they used.

On the bright side, the food was delicious, and I must say the service we received was truly excellent. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which added to the overall pleasant experience.

Great location and lovely design inside but the quality of food and drinks is upsetting. Prices are higher than average but the quality of ingredients is very low. I ordered a croissant that definitely wasn’t fresh and iced matcha was too diluted with water.

The coffee was great, but the service left a lot to be desired. When we visited, the cashier responded to our polite questions with sarcasm, which made the experience uncomfortable. At first, we thought it might be a language barrier, but it became clear it was more than that—especially when I asked about an item that hadn’t been served yet and was met with another sarcastic response. It’s disappointing when good coffee is overshadowed by poor customer service.

A lively little coffee shop with a lot of high quality items to offer.

Just went in as I was passing by and saw the “eggnog” sign at the entrance. Really good not too sweet. Friendly staff and family friendly environment. Nice atmosphere with a fireplace in the corner. Haven’t try the food yet the savory croissant sandwiches are looking yummy.
Will come back for more eggnog and goodies by the fireplace :)

Great coffee stop! I went on Monday and tried their almond croissants, it was delicious! I came back on Wednesday with a girlfriend and got the same thing.
Katrina is so friendly and kind, she surprised me with a muffin and a candle and sang happy birthday. She said the muffin is free but we paid any way. What a nice gesture!!

Excellent coffee stop! Organic options, fun baked items that are less unhealthy than normal, atmosphere is fun and relaxing. Baristas are welcoming and make great drinks! All around hit for us as we visited nearby Farmers Market. Heads up if you’re parking on the street nearby, some signs are extremely confusing, the parking enforcement know the signs are confusing and they’ll have a ticket on your car in under 30m. Feels like a scam.

i like the place, i love the scones, but service can be … odd when the person behind the counter hardly acknowledges your presence … i go a number of times when i stay at the Quay Hotel … unfortunately this last time the two coffees we ordered were hardly half full and the scone was cold … even after a re-heat … but i’ll be back … probably a new server who needs some training (i hope)!

Visiting from Ontario, this was a great introduction to Vancouver! Friendly, quick service and the best salmon sandwich I’ve ever had. The staff was so kind and I witnessed them give one of their senior regulars her order for free. For me, the price point was a little shocking but I understand this is normal for Vancouver. Definitely worth a stop for breakfast and coffee.
