Excellent coffee, service and atmosphere. They are currently doing construction above and around it as seems to be the case for every place in this city, but it is open. Clean washroom with a funny sign on the door (you will see). I like the coffee. I thought for the location and quality the price was also fair. It isn't McDonalds, but it also isn't especially expensive.

The coffee is very good but the staff are standoffish and apathetic. On occasion borderline rude. There are plenty of other great options for coffee in the area so I recommend visiting one of the others.
