I gave a 5 start review for this place on my first visit. but I am changing it to 4 as it is getting very busy and the servers cannot handle the workload. It felt like they were tired and grumpy and not friendly at all.Great food but service and Atmosphere is declining!

The food at the Shishlik restaurant is of relatively good quality, and it seems they have made an effort to maintain that quality. The restaurant's dining area is somewhat small, and sometimes it may not accommodate the demand. The staff puts in a lot of effort to ensure customer satisfaction. However, the only thing that surprised me was that on one occasion when I went alone to the restaurant, despite there being empty tables for four people, out of respect for those with larger parties, I was seated at a table directly in front of the kitchen. The server brought me a different type of glassware, which was different from the standard restaurant service, and I spent the entire time amidst kitchen exchanges and traffic. The food quality was good, but my seating was very uncomfortable.Here, I will attach a photo of when I had a suitable spot inside the dining area, and another photo of the place where I was seated in front of the kitchen with a different type of glassware, representing a different aspect of the restaurant's hospitality system.

Unfortunately, my experience at Shishlik took a turn for the worse when I got food poisoning shortly after dining there. The onset of severe diarrhea was not only uncomfortable but also concerning regarding the restaurant's food safety

Another good place for Persian foods especially Kababs in North Vancouver, I tried Kobide with naan, the naan (bread) was baked fresh and it was delicious. There are a lot of Kababs options as you see in the menu.

This is an excellent Persian restaurant that serves amazing Iranian dishes. The quality of food is second to none. I had Their lamb rack and it was inncredible. This place will definatly be a regular stop for me.
The cashier who got the order and touched the cash machine started to talk on his cell for a while.When my order was ready after a long wait he folded the bread and put it in the paper bag without wearing gloves or washing his hands.Cash machines and cell phones could be full of germs.He was also rude.

I absolutely love Shishlik Grill House for their amazing Persian cuisine! Their kabab, especially the kabab koobideh, is delicious and a must-try. Highly recommend for any Persian food enthusiasts out there!

Worst kebab I have ever had! I only took one bite and I realized the food wasn’t cooked properly, and I didn’t finish it so I pointed it out to the waitress that the food wasn’t cooked properly and she still made me pay for it. Never going back that’s for sure. ??

I went there for food to take for two persons,first didn't welcome the customer as me, he, the cook didn't put once use spoons,forks and napkins,even it wasnt cook;s duty to do that,the waitress who got tips suppose to do that, The Doogh price was $2.99 and she counted $3.99, and in the menu food was with rice ,it was a wrong food,so the cook didn't put rice with food, when i came home checked it and noticed that totally i don't recommend for going to that restuarant, that was my first and last .May be i was a M.S visitor, so assume to report it.
