Wow… what a vibe. If you’re into coffee shops that feel like a funeral home, this is the place for you. Not a single smile — I honestly felt bad for interrupting whatever gloomy energy was going on.
The barista at the till got my order wrong, and when I politely asked for a remake, the barista making drinks shot me a crazy side-eye and immediately started gossiping with the till barista… right in front of me. Like girl, at least pretend to wait until we leave.
The “new” drinks? Didn’t taste like oat at all — pretty sure they just handed us the same two drinks 5 minutes apart. 😅 We didn’t even bother arguing and just left.
Definitely not the Starbucks standard.

I came to this store, asked the barista about this joke and she said “ask someone else” Such a mean reply you could expect from “DENISA” I don’t think so she considers herself working at Starbucks, please learn how to communicate. Thanks

Wish I could transport this location to Seattle. Happy and helpful staff. Fast and perfectly "barista-ed". It was a fun walk from my hotel and pleasantly surprised extra highlight to my morning

Amazing service and environment Not their fault but the cup had a leak on my way to work and found out that there is a bulge (where circled) and coffee was slowly seeping out. Luckily work was not far so I had to transfer my content to a mug. I should've turned around and asked for another cup
