My husband and I recently moved close to this Starbucks. The staff is always so friendly. They work together as a team.
It's refreshing to see employees who are happy and enjoy their job.
The food and drink has always been consistent. Even with my husband's mobility issues. We are always welcome.
I tell her its been quite a while ive been waiting she start laughing saying its only been 5 minutes. Absolutely 0 customer service. The manager and the staff need to change for a better experience overall

Got a no ice, cold oatmilk matcha, with vanilla cold foam on top and got a half filled drink which they shook hard enough to fill the other half with milk foam. Can’t even tell if they even put vanilla cold foam in this one…

A decent Starbucks. Same products as everywhere else. Decent but at-times slow service. Big space with an unfortunately-placed supporting pillar right in the middle of the store.

I usually enjoy Starbucks, but today’s experience was very disappointing. I placed a coffee order, and the barista-cashier Micaela made a mistake with my drinks. Instead of fixing it, I only received one coffee, and the other was not prepared properly at all.
I was told I would only be charged for the size difference (about 0.63) and also I pay tip for this behaviour,but the process took another 10 minutes to sort out. Even worse, there was no apology offered for the mistake, and I ended up waiting over half an hour just to get my drinks.
This is not the level of customer service I expect from Starbucks. Mistakes can happen, but an apology and quick correction would have made a huge difference.
