It's out of character for me to write a negative review but I will based on a lack common decency by staff. The staff were informed by two separate patrons that a person left her purse behind (for a length of considerable time). It was requested to put it behind the counter so it wouldn't get stolen by a thief. This bag could have had items of irreplaceable value, means to pay rent, or could belong to a newcomer and contained important documents. If it were your item wouldn't you be appreciative if someone looked out for its safety until you retrieved it? The staff did nothing. Hopefully after a third request they acted on this. Honestly, its just common decency to do the right thing and would have taken very little time. Failing grade to this business and it's owners and staff.

Worst manager I have ever seen, she does not know how to treat her employees. Today i saw her yelling at one of the baristas and she started crying and ran to the back. Get a life Sarah and if you don’t know how to handle stress of being a manager then resign, there are better people who can take your place. Thank you and have a good day.

Unbeatable coffee, tasteless oatmeal ? Welcoming and friendly staff are working here ,ambiance is great too and free parking is available there. The only downside is that they don’t provide sweetener, cutlery and sugar on counter like most other branches while you can ask for that. Highly recommend it

Swung by for my morning oat milk matcha tea. The staff was super nice and quick with the order. I also liked their playlist and spent a good 20 minutes looking around while finishing up my tea. ?

Great location. Some cheap customers complain about the wifi being slow, but so what? Pay for your network before complaining! Only the issue is the majority of the customers. People from this particular place are so demanding, always self-centred and cheap. Makes me so frustrated even just being in the same store because they don’t respect others but they expect to be respected when they aren’t even worth it! If the number of “those people” becomes lesser, this place would be a better place.
