I asked for grande Chai tea latte and instead i got Water in it .when i went back employee working there started arguing that next time i should ask for no water.i am drinking this tea from last 8-9years .i know the difference.

the drink and service was fine but i payed $8.50 for a grande iced white chocolate mocha when my friend got a venti pink drink for the same price. i also asked for whipped cream and never got it. i got thus drink at a starbucks near the ferry terminal and it was $2 less
It was terribly hot inside today. I wonder how the staff worked in this hot environment.

I visited with my family and had such a great experience! Julia was super friendly and gave us amazing service. Our coffee was made perfectly and with so much care. She made us feel really welcome, and her positive attitude made our visit even better. Loved her work and would definitely come back again. Thank you, Julia.

If there's a Starbucks location that more shamelessly gouges their customers, I've not seen it. The prices are grossly inflated over other locations, and to pour salt in the wound, the tipping screen STARTS at 20%. This just ensures I hit no tip rather be exploited – I'm not alone in this response, and it makes me feel terribly because it hurts the young workers behind the counter. The owners are confusing average coffee and mass-produced snacks as sit-down fine dining. We'll get our coffee n' snacks elsewhere from now on.

their price is much higher than off mountain stores. that’s fine I totally understand. I hold y2p pass for 20% discounts, so the price is still reasonable. But the problem is they ask for minimum 18% tips, at a takeaway coffee shop, seriously??? They actually forgot my order until I told them, and they served the coffee with attitude.

I have a night pass at grouse, and when purchasing the pass it was clearly mentioned in the description that i can get 20% discount in this starbucks only. However just today, shockingly, the nice cashier told me that her manager informed them that they cannot give out discount for night pass anymore. Even though i showed them their policy on their website live, they still refused to give me discount and said that they will get in trouble by management. It was an unpleasant experience for me since i felt like i was scammed since it’s clearly mentioned on grouse mountain’s website, and it is still up!!

Great service as can be from a busy Starbucks.
But I want to give a special shout out to Natalia - my brother in law dropped off my car key to her and she held it until I came down.
