The 2023-24 snow season will be late and there will be less snow, which will also affect Starbucks’ business.

I’m usually here at the weekend after doing the Grind or BCMC in a morning. It’s almost always busy at those times and a nice atmosphere with all the people there to hike, go up the gondola or ski. Despite the crowds, the service is usually fast and my order is accurate. I did however have a hiccup today (Monday 13th November) when the order taker looked like he really couldn’t care, my order was wrong and when I asked for it to be fixed (add milk….that was all) I had half my drink poured out and ended up with cold milky coffee.Whilst I’m on this point, why don’t Starbucks go back to letting me add the milk myself?

Coffee was fresh. Nice outdoor color tones for Grouse mountain base location. Nice country style theme colors and ambience. Fireplace and artwork very nice.

Waited 15 minutes just to get the wrong drink. I didn't bother to complain because the employee's towering incompetence is only outdone by his pace which is bested by a retired rheumatic snail trotting down the hospitals hallway to make it to the washroom on time. The standard at Starbucks used to be 3 minutes from greeting to drink in hand. I guess that is too much to ask for as that would tak actual work and require training.

Starbucks should seriously consider changing the staff. Waiting 20 min in line, while one employer chatting with client, 2 another just doing nothing. In touristic destination. Service super low ??
Not up to the Starbucks else where. Had issues with their card machine. Delay in service and untidy tables.

I ordered my short pike and I moved to the side waiting for my coffee and new staff finding a hard time to read the coffee cup so I tried to help her with the amount of milk I wanted the cashier was the shortest and the skinniest one she raised her hand on my face and said she was reading the ticket in a very rude way even the staff looked at her very rude behavior my

A real Starbucks? No, the price is more than 50% higher than regular Starbucks. Seriously?! A tall macchiato and a grande chai tea costed me $24.6! Wow!!! Paid by cash and app balance; no receipt was offered neither.

A very quaint and quiet Starbucks on a weekday but probably one of the busiest on weekends. Always well stocked with customer favourites and the staff are really quick with orders. Always love to catch a coffee here before or after skiing. Good job and great location ✨Love the fireplace in the corner for warming up after cold conditions ?

I recently visited Starbucks and had a fantastic experience, thanks in large part to Noa who was an amazing barista - their attention to detail and friendly demeanour really made my day!
