Literally the slowest Starbucks I have ever ordered from. Pre-ordered drinks are consistently not even stared when you arrive for pick up even if you are 10 minutes after the end of a pick up time. waited in a drive through line for 25 minutes even though I arrived when the order said it was ready

Only went through the drive but it was easy, I had no idea what I was ordering and the barista was super chill about it and put drinks were delicious 🤤. I wish I could remember the name of the lady at the window but she was amazing and I'll be back just because of how wonderful she was.

Their trays are absolutely horrible and EXTREMELY flimsy, I was holding the tray with the drinks normally, and they starting falling on top of each other leading to my legs and underneath of me being COVERED in coffee. It’s absolutely insane to have such shitty trays for such BIG drinks. Really infuriating.

Placed a mobile order and it was ready and waiting when I got in, which was nice because this is a busy drive thru during rush hour. Not much atmosphere inside but it's always clean and the drinks and food as as you expect.
