It’s my birth month and I came to this branch and she gave me a free drink, I told to staff Bella how can I redeem it, she treat me well even I did not pay any cents, she was very accommodating and really genuine. Thank you Starbucks Lyn Valley.. Amazing job!

I am a person who loves coffee very much. However, Last week I ordered an Americano coffee at the Lynn Valley Starbucks. Did they mix it with hot water from the tap next to it? They don't do that at other Starbucks... I got a lukewarm Americano and it didn't taste good. Where did the coffee go at Starbucks? It's a shame. Maybe she wasn't a barista.

I had no trouble with my order which is a decaf pour over.. which takes time to prepare.. it was quick and no fuss.. it’s a busy place lots of customers.. but it was very good service..

I went in to pick up an order in the Lynn Valley Starbucks at the pickup area. I got the attention of an employee and I could see the order sitting on the counter. She just waved her arm at me and went off and started taking care of other customers so I had to go around and get someone else to hand me the order. When I put in a complaint with the manager about this employee she would not take my complaint seriously and took the side of the employee who lied to her about what happened. I will never go there again. Not a good Manager.

Once I ordered a simple "iced Triple blonde Espresso" in this location, and not only the staff who was taking my order named "Arta" has know idea what was it, but also she rudly said "for how long you have not ordered from starbucks". And interestingly I have ordered the same drink the day before in another location!!!

I am a Loyal customer of this brand and order mocha latte online every morning. I bought from this branch today under the online name (Amanah). Unfortunately, my coffee tasted like water and was very tasteless. I threw it in the trash! It is disappointing that each branch of this brand offers a different taste of the same coffee! If all branches must have the same directive. Very disappointing…

Crowded, uncomfortable sparse seating. Food & beverage mediocre Starbucks standard fare. Nothing inviting about this place.
Parking: Very difficult to park anywhere nearby.

Horrible service...didn't have enough change so they refused to take cash. I finally got enough cash to order and they didn't ask me for my name, ordered two hot chocolate croissant and lemon tea, she gave me a cold croissant first...then I waited around for 6 minutes and nothing was served, I reminded them I ordered two before they hurriedly gave me another croissant, also cold...I waited for almost another 10 minutes, realized they might be forgot my drink, reminded them two minutes later immediately made it for me ......
