One of the worst Starbucks locations I have been to; the staff are very rude and inattentive when busy, clearly demonstrating their inability to handle rushes. This was the third time I have ordered through the mobile app and have had my order come in the wrong size. Not only that, but the staff are unwilling to correct the mistake if they are busy and direct me to the back of the line. Honestly, it's one of the only locations where I have experienced such cold customer treatment, really unfortunate to see.

I visited the store on Wednesday around 3:45pm and wanted to share how impressed I was with the service. The lineup was absolutely packed and only two employees were working at the front – their names were Gracy and Finley.Even with how hectic it was, they were super quick, stayed friendly, and just kept everything moving smoothlyPlease pass along appreciation to Gracy and FinleyI left very happy with the service.

Taizo

It is a relatively new starbucks with recent renovations but they could definitely do a better job with the seating area. Also, the lighting fixtures are too bright for human eyes speically when they are put right above your head where you'd like to sit, relax a bit and enjoy your coffee or whatever. The staff though are very freindly and professional and the location also couldn't get any better in the Lynn Valley!

Wonderful Service and So Patient!
I had such a great experience at Starbucks in Lynn valley location,thanks to Shadi, she is amazing, I forgot to mention “no whipped cream” when I ordered, but she was so kind and patient about fixing it without any frustration. Her positive attitude and friendly service really stood out and made my day. It’s always nice to meet someone who handles things with such professionalism and a smile. Thank you for being so understanding!

I don’t normally write reviews but the coffee here is awful, every time I think it might just be a server issue, the coffee comes tasting more like hot water and syrup than actual coffee, wish there where better options on door dash at this point because its a joke how consistently bad it is

I really love this location. It’s a Starbucks, so naturally the food and drinks are standardized — consistent in quality across every branch. But this particular spot stands out. The staff here are amazing — genuinely friendly, funny, and always ready to help. I’ve never seen a bored face; they’re always cheerful, which makes coming here a pleasure.
Since my son’s school is nearby, I often stop by instead of driving all the way home. I sometimes spend a few hours here, and it’s actually a great place to get some work done too.

Busy Sunday morning and the only cashier on till is NEW! Line up and someone came and took 1 customer and then they were gone. At least 10-15 minute wait. Needs better management
