On January 7, 2026 at approximately 2:00 PM, I had an interaction with a Korean cashier that left me feeling unwelcome and singled out. While my partner was treated warmly, the tone and demeanor directed toward me were noticeably dismissive, including an eye roll. As an Asian woman in an interracial relationship, the contrast in treatment was uncomfortable and disappointing. All customers deserve respectful and consistent service, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously.

The decaf oatmilk coffee was so tasteless ( tase was like a hot milk) and when I ask one of the staff to add one more shot to it she told me I will charge you for one more shot and she was disrespectful!

I had an issue with my drink and I called to let them know, but I didn’t want to give an impression that I’m lying, and I was nearby, so I went back to let them know this is how the drink was not to get a one one tho, however Bri was really kind to treat me so nicely and offered me a drink for the next time. Thank you so much.
