I often have a few work meetings each month at this Starbucks, and it’s always a pleasure. The location is absolutely lovely, situated in a beautiful plaza next to a park, creating a relaxing and inspiring atmosphere.
The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making every visit enjoyable. It’s the perfect place to get work done or meet with colleagues. Highly recommend this Starbucks for its great ambiance and exceptional service!

Today in the parking lot a creepy old man accosted me and called me somethings I shall not repeat. When I walked into the coffee shop I mentioned the strange experience to the barista. We laughed about it and then she gave me my order for free to brighten up my day. I have had numerous positive interactions with the staff here. Nice people and a very sunny location.

possible dreams
Normally this location is great but today they had a non English speaking person taking orders. The person had very broken English and they got both of my items ordered wrong . A long lineup started behind me as this person struggled to understand me (fluent English speaker). They added milk to a black coffee order , didn't understand what drip coffee ?. Ordering banana bread and lemon loaf was also confusing to them . The person making my lemonade drink gave me a tall when I ordered a Vente . Both the employees were rude when asked to correct their mistakes . I tipped them which made it all feel very wrong. Usually this location is excellent but not yesterday.
I picked up and the lid for my tea was not put on correctly burning my hand and forearm. While this happens I am mostly unsatisfied with the staff’s careless response. Customer service training is a big need for this location as demonstrated through several experiences at this Starbucks beforehand as well.

I wandered over to Starbucks while waiting for my tire change nearby. Just wanted to give Maya a shout out for being a kind and lovely human, she provided great customer service that made for a pleasant experience. We all need more of that. Barista in training Hyun was friendly and did a great job on my cafe mocha.
