Worst store ever I have been to ! Staff and Barista were extremely rude. The inside of the store was very dirty- the floor, tables, chair and no one even seemed to care - I noticed the staff did not even wear gloves while taking the trash out. They got offended when I returned to order another item and was very rude - will never ever return to this store .

This is the worst Starbucks branch, especially, the morning shift. For no reason, intentionally, they keep waiting the SkipTheDishes and DoorDash drivers. My order was ready and they kept waited me for 10 minutes. What is wrong with you guys???? They must learn how to work the same as other Starbucks or else, if you donāt like your job, just leave and give to responsible people who can manage. NEXT TIME IT HAPPENES, Iāll call Starbucks head office. Someone has to fix this unprofessional system. There is one person, Talia, the Supervisor, must be a manager to fix this problem. She is kind, friendly, professional and positive. The rest, no way. Thanks Talia! You are the best!

Thereās a guy named Ryo that works here and heās extremely rude. He wouldnāt talk to me properly and had a tonne of attitude for no reason. Bro Iām gonna pay for my coffee. Plus he got my order wrong and was very unapologetic about it.
For the Asian guy working here I just asked you for one thing, put the whipped cream on top of my Frappuccino. When the Frappuccino with lactaid milk doesn't say "no whip" on the sticker, just put it. I didn't want to bother you packing all the delivery order so I waited for you and asked you after that and you even said you will but you ignored me. I had to ask another person to do it. Seriously if it's too hard for you to do, I don't understand how you deal with other complicated orders. Even though it's during rush, I don't think it's too hard to do. Please donāt make me feel like a bad person. This starbucks location is the only place I always feel so annoyed.

I was ordering and the person at the front named grace was smerking with the other guy working there, they are imature and i dont like to be made fun of, i caught her dong it again looking at the guy when i paid. I didnt say anything, next time i will ask them whats so funny about giving them my order. Terrible behaviour.
