Went in and placed an order while it wasn’t busy waited twenty minutes than was told they didn’t see my order had to confirm by showing my bank purchases than was rudely told that I should have gotten a receipt. It was just for a tall chai tea latte which than tasted watery and terrible.

This location is pretty ok not bad not good just alright coffee is what you expect good I usually get a cafe latte which I injoy however depending on what people are working at that time/day the service can sometimes be interesting forgetting to make my order or giving me the totally wrong thing but it's not like it happened multiple times so that's OK atmosphere is fine just wish there was a little more space but it's a small location so understandable

Linda, the person behind the till gave us an attitude. The lady behind the coffee machine was not able to get our order right: One Mocha, one hot Chocolate, one slice banana loaf. The Mocha I had was tasteless, diluted.The place needs cleaning, really!That was confirmation again that Starbucks is overpriced garbage.
I'll start with the lack of star. They open at 5 am (which is great). But if you get a particular manager, nothing is ready. Coffee isn't brewed etc. So I can't reliable stop In there with my time schedule.

Love this little Starbucks. Servers are always extremely friendly and there’s a great system where you can order on the app. Drinks are always great although I probably wouldn’t get the apple caramel frappe again as it tasted very strong of spices like perfume. I usually go for the strawberry frappe which is a nice treat. Only issue is that a number of times my partner has ordered an iced drink however he got a hot one instead. He’s not one to make a fuss so he just takes it. It’s not that big of a deal but it can be frustrating for him.
Staff are great. Food is mediocre at best. We ordered coffee and food for a meeting at work. The sandwiches were dry, ingredients inside were not spread out properly, and everything was cold even though our office is a 5 min walk away. The croissant and lemon loaf were dry. Everything tasted like it was made last week. We also ordered coffee beans. When we opened the bag there was a note saying "opps" we don't have those beans in stock". So, why not asked us to choose another bean that is in stock? I don't know why Starbucks is so busy and popular.
