The overall experience is good, however, the background music is always too loud and tends to be fast-paced pop with strong rhythms, which make it very hard to relax or focus. Softer, calmer music would create a much more comfortable atmosphere for a coffee shop.

This branch of Starbucks wasn’t the one that I expected. Outside tables were so dirty and disgusting. I was shocked that nobody cares to clean them up. Is this Starbucks that I knew as the most cleanest coffee shop? Someone must cares or I’ll let costal health authorities know about it. We care about our health.

I ordered a strawberry acai refresher and half of the drink container was filled with ice and the rest with juice beverage. It was a refreshing drink, however for 6 dollars it was not worth the value that I paid for.
I went there to get a cappuccino a large cappuccino, and they gave me half the bottle when I told the guy that made it for me, he said, yeah, have you ever had a cappuccino before and I said yeah, I always have one and they're always filled to the top, he asked me if I wanted a new one and I said no I will never go there again. I was so upset because I also tipped them. Even though I did not get a good service.

i went there to get a tea and my card declined i had money on the card so it was weird, i tried multiple times and it didn't work. i asked to try the second machine since it wasn't busy in case the one i was using was acting up because of the recent power outage. The employee i asked, rudely said "well if your card isn't working it's not the machine" he's been rude to me every time i've been there. i tried the other machine and it didn't work. i felt a bit embarrassed but it wasn't a big deal when said employee saw that my card still wasn't working he laughed in my face. he was previously rude to my friend who had just ordered. as someone who works in customer service i find that even on a hard day not being rude to customers is needed.

I’m not a fan of coffee, but… .The outdoor atmosphere is so nice… When I sit still and drink coffee, I feel happy with the fairytale-like scenery and silence.
