This branch is close to my work place, so I get coffee or breakfast almost twice a week from here,
They advertise for today free red cup
Even on their App. Today
But after you order and want to pick it up they told you that they ran it out, at 9:30 am ! It’s ridiculous

I was there the store was empty and 2 employes working nobody considered helping, this store is on a station, staff should be considerate especially when the store is empty, terrible

It was my sisters birthday and the barista Sophia was SO helpful, patient and kind with my sister helping her get exactly the customized drink, THANK YPU GIRLY 💖

Got my white chocolate mocha and sat at a table. I was reaching over for something and knocked my cup over. Spilled my mocha across my 2 tables, 2 chairs, and the floor. I went up and asked for a rag, but one of the girls came out and wiped it all up for me. She even replaced my mocha!

Ordered a drink with a few people behind me in the line and got it last. Missed my bus because of it. Bit disappointing.

Worst matcha so watery and worst service - slow, incorrect drinks and no lids? And told to get them from a different place instead of the staff just putting one on

Very slow service. I waited for frapuccino for 12-15 minutes. There were only 3 people ahead of me, as I thought, but the people who came after me were the first to let go. Baristas constantly communicated with everyone, instead of working faster. This is my last visit to this place. I missed my bus.

Every time I order short flat white. It comes with 2 shots of espresso, well it should come because for some reason baristas keep doing it with just one shot making it basically a milk beverage. Not sure what it is about but every single Starbucks location has this issue. 1/3 of a time I have to come back for another shot. Please do better.

I also asked nicely for a Vente Ice Water.What I got instead was 75% Ice out of the Vente Mango Dragon Fruit, and the Vente Ice Water was without Ice.The male Caucasian barista also did not put lids on my drinks, and asked me to go to the other station to sort out my stuff. I looked at the other drinks beside mine, and my orders were the only ones without the lids.1STAR on ORDERED DRINK: With the 75% ICE on my Vente Mango Dragon Fruit, only 25% were the ingredients0 STAR on the barista who showed discrimination to a visible minority patron.I am Asian Singaporean and I work at the Lionsgate Hospital and another medical facilities.To all who read this review, go somewhere else to get your drinks. It is not worth being discriminated and being treated poorly.I want my $1.25 tips to go to this male barista, to fund for his further trainings in CS.
