A small, cozy place with great service. The coffee is delicious. Whenever I’m in the area, I always stop by for a cup of coffee.

For a seabus/bus location, rather wait till you get across the water. The service is very slow, with no order in making drinks as they come in. Was 1st in line and had to wait almost 10min for my drink and almost missed my seabus.

There really isn't much to say about this branch except for its prime location which is steps away from the seabus to downtown vancouver and also translink bus station to various locations in the North Shore area. It is what it is, it could be better though. They could use warmer light fixtures to make the environment more welcoming or something.

I recently visited Starbucks and had an absolutely amazing experience. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. This is my favourite Starbucks that I frequent in the mornings. The morning weekday and weekend staff are my favourite!

They are friendly and always willing to correct my drinks if they are incorrect. I always see the staff working hard to keep this location clean despite the high traffic which is highly appreciated.

5 stars to Nataliia, Jason and the entire staff for always making my experience a pleasure.

I asked for light ice and I got more than half a cup of ice. I saw thr person before me had maybe 2 ice cubes deep of ice as they pointed out light ice and I think maybe the worker heard so I ended up paying for a whole cup of ice, it was pointless that I added extra protein foam since it got stuck in the ice at the bottom. Ehucu is why I asked for light ice. I had already waited about 10 mins for this and I has to get to an appointment so no time to point out thr obvious. I went to my regular location downtown and they made it perfect each time.
I will not be returning to this location.
