I always get my drinks and snacks to go in any locations, but this place in Edgemont is a 👎. I ask one of the staff, she is blonde, if she can put 3 pumps for my kids ice green tea. She said they charge for extra pump? I told her why other locations don't charge? I will never go here again. Poor Service and not friendly staff. From now on I will go to Delaney's instead! Good Service and friendly staff

Came here today with a friend for coffee. We used the washroom first prior to ordering. We were told by a blonde woman that the washroom is for paying customers only. We were planning on sitting outside as the sun was shining. We won’t be having our coffee here. Ever! Instead we went to Delaney’s down the street! Great service, good food and amazing coffee.
No thank you Starbucks. It’s all about the service for me.
I will never go back there again.

Very unimpressed, reminds me of why I don't frequent Starbucks. Long wait to order, no eggnog lattes available, longer wait for my coffee despite not being that busy. Place was SO noisy, could hardly converse with my friend at a table. Wasn't aware Starbucks had removed cinnamon, vanilla & stir sticks from counter, had to ask for these items. Seems pretty petty when you're paying over $5 for coffee and pricy food items. Can only think that business is down and I now know why. Good bye Starbucks. Plenty of other fish in the sea that aren't so stingy and better service/atmosphere.

We went to Starbucks - not a usual coffee shop that we visit as a family and bought 3 of their grande lemonades (6-7 dollars per drink).

Four sips later, my drink was done. Though a delicious drink, over 60% of the drink is ice!

I approached the person who took my order, and I asked her if this was normal. She said yes, that is how the drink comes but you can always ask for less ice in the future. No mention of how can I help you or make your experience better.
When I sat down to type this, a lady (I believe the manager) sat down at our table, had a dialogue with me, and asked about my experience. A very kind and helpful approach to customer service. She then went and prepared us new drinks.
Though the company is here to maximize its profits, some people are still involved to make the experience better!
