Subject: Complaint Regarding Unacceptable Service at Subway – 2455 Dollarton Hwy, North Vancouver
Dear Customer Support,
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an unpleasant experience I had at your 2455 Dollarton Hwy Unit 120, North Vancouver location.
I have always used the Flip app for my purchases at various branches without any issues. However, during my recent visit to this location, the cashier refused to accept the app and declined to scan it. Despite explaining that I have successfully used the app at other branches, I was denied service and asked to leave without receiving any food.
This experience was very frustrating and disappointing, especially in contrast to the service I’ve consistently received from your other branches.
I kindly request that you look into this matter and clarify whether the Flip app is officially accepted at all branches. I also hope appropriate measures will be taken to ensure better customer service and consistent policy enforcement in the future.

It was empty when I got there. Two staff members worked there, I said hi but no response wasn't even smiles to us even though we smiled at them. Really bad customer service. The tables were dirty, the floor was dirty. A couple walked in and they had nowhere to sit because all the tables were dirty so they called a staff member to wipe the table so they could sit. The food was ok. I liked my rice bowl and the girls liked dippers ham and cheese but won't order churros and Pretzel again, no. Have a clean washroom and parking spots

Worker scooped my rotisserie chicken and then shook half the chicken out of it.
It was ok.. but the girl mixed up the subs and labeled them wrong so I didn't get the 2nd sub I should

Looks like staff don't want customer anymore. There was only me who was ordering and I don't know why the staff was in rush. I was still ordering and she was trying to wrap the sandwich quickly without taking the complete order. Containers of veggies was not filled and she doesn't care that the sandwich is properly made or not. Charged more then other branches. Worst experience ever with this location.

Staff overcharged and gave expired/rotten packaged apples with a kids meal. Online orders are consistently incorrect - wrong topping, missing, wrong bread, not toasted/grilled, missing order items.

COVID RISK. Manager prepares ingredients and sandwiches with no mask on
Average Subway, nothing special. When we visited, we asked for egg footling, however they were out of that sub, but we asked for vegetarian protein option, and they had soy patties.So we ordered those, and later discovered that it was SO expensive, $5 more than the egg sandwiches. We’d not visit here again, because it’s our first experience that a subway ran out of an ingredient, that’s negligence of the owner and staff for not communicating efficiently and not anything else.

Very quiet this day. Good food. Sandwich on the cooler side for some reason. Maybe their microwave was not working properly.
