I come here at 2am, and I wait for 20mins just for the super slow guy making the subs, who by the way wiped his nose and kept making food, after 20mins of me waiting there he says to me and everyone else it’s going to be another 30min wait because he has uber bills, he should 1 be fired, he’s to slow and isn’t food safe, 2 he should be able to talk to the customers without being awkward, genuinely worst experience I’ve had going out anywhere, waste of god damn time

I've been frequenting this restaurant since 2021. And in general it's what you would expect from a Subway restaurant food and service wise, in fact the service was very good. Recently, I started making my orders ahead of time on the app. And without a fail every time they make a mistake that is hard to ignore like miss adding cheese to 3 footlongs 2 separate times, Adding hot peppers when we didn't ask for it, give the wrong bread for the whole order, and mixing and matching sandwich toppings on the entire order.. The manager was not helpful and his response was that his staff assured him there was no mistake and he didn't even offer an apology.

Placed an order through the app. App claimed order was recieved. I arrived at store and employee was not helpful at all, said never got the order. I ordered again through app and again same thing. I was charged twice on my credit card for an order I never received.

This is robbery and a scam, do not use their app. I will share this experience through Subway corporate. Shameful.

Hello everyone i want to write some overall review: the food is acceptable and good
And i like 2 employees more than others becayse they have really great behavior and smile and make betther atmosphere there their name are : harah and milanpreet
In my opinion everything ia good but they have jist lack of employees in some shifts and they need to have 2 people but other things are ok and they have good employees i mentioned that

Terrible service at all, very unprofessional. My brother asked for extra lettuce and the girl staff was giving us an attitude and said "you should ask me". My brother asked but she didnt hear because she was wearing an airpods. And also, she is not changing gloves in between. I understand that people have bad days, it's important not to take that frustration out on customers. I didnt get her name. I hope that the manager do something about this so it will not happen to the other customer. There was the only one staff I like here, the one who work at night shift. He is very patient but the girl who work today she is getting to my nerves. It happened around 10:20pm in the evening August 21.

Completely horrible service; they screen calls; claim to be 24 hours and ignore both customer calls and calls from delivery apps. Don't accept an order, Subway, if you can't complete it. Thanks for wasting my time for over an hour. Ridiculous.

Whoever was working today, as soon as I walked in, she put on a face that does boot make anyone feel Wellcome, then she charge me before finishing my order, I wanted to add extra dressings to my order but she couldn't because she already charged me. The whole experience was not good at all.

The young man who was working late evening on Wednesday April 3rd did an outstanding job with a busy wave of customers. He was efficient and courteous. He mentioned to those waiting that there is only one person working so they knew there would be a wait. He also overheard one customer mention that they were just getting cookies, so while a couple subs were being toasted he helped them with their cookie order. He had that person on their way before the oven was finished toasting, reducing the wait for the rest of us. Positive manner throughout and excellent preparation. Well done!!

Parking: There are two 10 minute spots in front of the Army Navy Legion and enough room in the alley to park for a short term parking visit.

The manager needs to be fired because they have no idea how many people they need on the job at night. It's like the manger is purposely incompetent and likes to humiliate the person at the counter by understaffing them at busy hours. I know that's not the case and he's not intelligent on purpose, but please do not let this person run the store.
