Had an issue with online order, Manvi and Manpreet were quite helpful in founding me the resolution for this in store but the online subway customer service is extremely hard to reach, Subway needs to improve their online customer service and also needs to find resolutions asa to their customer’s issues. 5 star for the staff at this location. I was very satisfied with the service from the person who served me. Her customer service skills were excellent and all the toppings were recommended by the fine lady, (Parneeta)which were really good!Overall, I’d say that I’m definitely going to drop by there again.

Terrible service, lady was super rude. Checked me out before I even was able to ask for what I wanted on my sub. When I said I wanted avocado she gave me a look that can kill, wrapped the sub and slapped it on the counter. Not to mention she didn’t know the difference between Jalapeño and a pepper. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit to your location. I ordered a vegetarian footlong sub, which was clearly listed at approximately $12. However, I was charged nearly $20 for my order. When I questioned the discrepancy, the cashier — a middle-aged lady — was extremely rude and dismissive.

This experience was completely unacceptable and far below the standard of customer service I expect from Subway. Overcharging customers and treating them disrespectfully is not only unprofessional but also damages the trust and reputation of your brand.

I request that this issue be investigated immediately and that appropriate action be taken to ensure it does not happen to other customers in the future. I would also appreciate a refund for the overcharged amount.

Completely silent subway. They took a bit long to make the sandwich but for some reason this was the best tasting subway I've ever had.

Waited over an hour for my sandwich to be delivered through DoorDash, contacted support they couldn’t even reach the restaurant to see if my order was ready! Then when it was finally delivered it came wrong and missing items!! So frustrating!!
