Guy behind the counter did not even acknowledge me when I walked in, and continued with a previous order! I waited five minutes and then decide to take my five sub sandwiches order to Quiznos!
It was like night and day how well they treated me and acknowledge me right as I walked in the store!
And the sub sandwiches were far more tastier!

Do not waste your time going to this store!

The staff specifically Roop was disrespectful and was giving me attitude for not doing her job. My son was ordering his food, she was trying to rush when wasn't many ppl in the store at the moment, and not trying to listen to what he was asking on his sandwich. She rushes and puts mayo on his sandwich. When told that's not what he asked for, she was trying to just pick the Mayo off. I had to raise my voice and tell her that he is allergic to eggs and he can't eat that sandwich now. Again, he said he wanted the house sauce four times and she just wasn't listening and when I called her out on it, she was giving me attitude. I don't like to be a Karen but it's not okay to treat children like they don't deserve respect.
Not worth going to this location, take your business to some other subway location instead.

I normally never give bad reviews unless I really don’t have a good experience. I placed my order online. The app said they were in the process of “building” my order so i went to go pick it up! When i got there, the door was locked and the worker was a girl but there was also a male inside too. The store smelled like bleach. This was around 8:45pm on a Thursday night!

I've always had different experiences at this Subway. One time it was super friendly service and then the next time I did not get let in to the shop because she was cleaning or something like that so she had locked the door. It should have been open for another 2-3 hours but instead I was not let in and I bought food elsewhere and Subway lost a sale.

This is the most lackadaisical subway I've ever seen. It's understaffed and the people working have no sense of urgency.It should not take 3-5 minutes per sandwich. Not even close.

One guy working a Saturday night. Waiting 30 minutes for 4 customers ahead of me, just to see every online order prioritized. My 6 year old was losing it by then end. Never coming back to this location.

Not a dig at the staff themselves, but i feel that this store needs to better staffed, especially for dinner time. Having only 1 sandwich artist on at 6pm isn’t great service. I’m just so tired of my orders being wrong and missing items I’ve paid for, (I got no rice in my rice bowl today!) i am sure these errors happen because the staff are so incredibly busy and frantic trying to get the sandwiches made for the customers. I don’t think I’ll be back again, the village has other options.

it was good food as always, sometimes the employees seem sad. other than that go here, its subway, like you choose what to get so you cant say the food is bad, your just not good at making the right choices. cool, thanks. SUBWAY!!!
