I had an amazing experience at this branch ! The store was clean, welcoming, and the service was top-notch.
But the real highlight? Masi. Masi made my sandwich with so much care and attention to detail, it was honestly perfect. Every layer was balanced, every ingredient fresh, and the sandwich looked (and tasted!) like something from a commercial. Also He knows how to grill sandwiches without making a MESS !!
If you’re in Lynn Valley and craving a great sub, go see Masi at Subway , you won’t be disappointed. Easily one of the best Subway experiences I’ve had!

Shout out to the ladies working today at subway. It was busier earlier when we came to grab our subs but they handled the crowd calmly and made sure that we got everything we wanted in our sandwiches. Good job ladies!

This was by far the worst experience we've had at any Subway location. The woman working at the counter was incredibly rude, dismissive, and shockingly unprofessional. From the moment we walked in, her attitude made it clear that she didn’t want to be there—and certainly didn’t want to serve us.
Even worse, her behavior crossed the line into outright racism. Her tone, body language, and the way she treated us compared to other customers was blatant and unacceptable. It was offensive, hurtful, and completely inappropriate for someone working in customer service. If you don’t know how to treat people with basic respect and decency, you shouldn't be dealing with the public.
We left feeling angry, humiliated, and deeply disappointed. Subway needs to seriously reevaluate the kind of people they allow to represent their brand. We will never return to this location, and we urge others to think twice before walking through those doors.
I came in with on the morning of Saturday the 24th. The lady who was standing right behind the counter was rude and seemed very unhappy to help us. When the other attendant came closer, I thought she was going to say something or try to improve the mood, but she was just as unfriendly as the first.
The guy I was with was the one doing the ordering. While he was trying to choose his sandwich, they were throwing commands at him as if to rush his decisions. Like “so what bread? What bread do you want?!”
He replied, “what kind of bread do you have?”. They told him to read the list and pointed to it. In the middle of him reading the list, they began loudly calling out the bread types they had. The same thing happened with the sauces. If you don’t want to offer to list the options and rudely point to a list with no more than 3 words, then please allow the person to read the list without interrupting them.
The ambiance flipped completely once they got a closer look at our toddler and they suddenly became extremely friendly and even gave a free cookie.
While that was generous and kind, I’m sorry, but it does not make up for the cold service we received the previous minute.
5 stars for everything they did. The subway artist was really professional and did a great job while making the sandwich. I loved it. Maasi

The acting manager just had ham in her hand before she made my sandwich. Didnt bother to change gloves.

This subway does not follow healthy and safety standards. As per the screenshot below - the health and safety standards were not followed. Even after asking the server to change the gloves they didn’t. The same gloves were used to serve approximately 5 people’s food. The most surprising thing was that our server was the manger of this subway(how we came know was when a stranger came in to drop of the resume and requested to see the manager, she went to meet him). I agree that it was a busy time but what about the cross contamination, allergies? Just because it was busy does it mean the rules don’t apply? And even after requesting to change the gloves the request was not honoured.

Three people were working - 2 take out orders and 4 customers in front of us. The woman taking the orders kept taking them and baking them so by the time our order came out of the oven, it was just over 4 minutes before we were asked what we wanted on our sandwiches. Hence we walked out with cold sandwiches. If this place is busy, walk on by, because you will not get what you ordered.

The food is decent and there's a few good employees (the two young men) but the managers super cheap and just wants to get frustrated and doesn't listen to the customer so let's hope you never come across any issues with your sandwich. Was a loyal customer but I'm switching to the Lonsdale location
