The rude waitress and bad attitude with the disabled customer and asked why he changed his sit-in in a not acceptable manner.

This is located in Lynn Valley Centre in North Van. The servers are friendly and the place is busy as people have discovered that it's a good quality place for sushi. Their food is always fresh and tasty and has been reliable for us over the years. It is a mall location and the atmosphere reflects that, and while friendly the service is not a feature of the restaurant. But like I said, they are friendly which helps a lot.

My complaint is with the takeout service. I was clear that I needed chopsticks and sauce to go with my order. No soy sauce was given! Also, the Wasabi portions were way too small for the amount of food we ordered.

Crunch prawn roll is the best roll ever. Service is fantastic. We eat here at least once a week. Definitely check it out if you are in the neighbourhood.

I visited this restaurant with my girlfriend, and I was too shocked that the sushi smelled rotten. I sincerely never recommend this restaurant unless you want to get

We had dinner at Sushi5 couple of nights ago. We shared California, Spicy Tuna Rolls, Eels, Salmon and Yellowtail Negreti. We love sushi and have dined at several restaurants, Sushi5 was not the best in our opinion. Food was just okay. Customer service was good though.

The level of service here is fantastic! Staff make an effort to remember you, they’re always friendly, quick to serve, and make sure you have everything you need while you enjoy a meal.Sushi5 is my first choice when I crave Teriyaki or Udon Soup. The Udon Soup is loaded with thick noodles, broth, a variety of veggies, and meat or tofu. Their broth is by far the best I’ve had in comparison to other sushi places on the North Shore; it’s packed with flavor, yet not too salty. I’ve tried all Teriyaki (beef, chicken, tofu), all are excellent, it’s loaded with veggies, rice, meat, and comes with miso soup. The meat is always perfectly seasoned. I love tempura here, because it’s a thin batter, so you still enjoy the flavor of the prawns or vegetables without them being greasy. The quality and quantity of all of these items is better than many places, which is exactly why I keep coming back! The fancy Sushi Rolls here are a tad underwhelming (in my opinion), but the basics are great and fresh (veggie roll, salmon roll, etc.).The atmosphere’s nice, not too loud, comfy seating, they’ve done a good job of making it not feel like you’re in a mall, and it’s always clean. Thanks Sushi5 for making delicious meals and always being so welcoming, keep up the great work!P.S. the Teriyaki and Sushi Rolls make for great takeout items!Vegetarian options: plenty of tasty vegetarian and vegan options with decent variety.

Sushi 5 has a rather odd location in a mall, because it’s the only restaurant around (other than fast food places). Worth a visit though because the food was high quality and the servers were efficient. Only thing lacking from the menu is a bento box.

This is a great little restaurant in the middle of Lynn Valley Mall. The food was really good and the serving staff are efficient and friendly. I took a picture of my chicken udon halfway through eating it so apologies it’s not pretty, but it sure was good. They seem to have a very regular Patrons coming in. I’ll definitely go back again. I should also know that the chicken udon was definitely two meals so good value for your money.Kid-friendliness: There was a whole table of little kids beside me, and they have all the cutlery and plates for childrenWheelchair accessibility: It is located in Lynn Valley Mall and fully accessible for wheelchair
