I've walked by this restaurant plenty of times wanting to try it out wish it was better experience.
We had the murabak vegetarian also came with gado salad it was a wraped dish with curry sauce the murabak was good.
And the gado gado salad was warm salad but it was quite bland the peanut sauce wasn't noticeable and it was just bean sprouts mostly. Do not order the gado salad it's awful.
Would have wished if the waiter had told us the murabak came with gado salad
Overall abit underwhelmed about my first experience with Malaysian food but I'll try again.

I am a foodie and this restaurant is currently my favorite place to eat. Bar none, the Laksa is the best I have ever had and all of the dishes are so consistently delicious. Portions are generous and price is affordable. The family that owns this year seems very nice. Plus, I love eating at local and independently owned restaurants!

Fantastic food! Even just the roti with dipping sauce was amazing. Rich complex satisfying flavours. Eggplant was to die for! Loved the assam seafood curry. Cute quiet interior. Great service.

One of our local favs. The Nasi Goreng (we ask for chicken, not beef - no problem) is terrific, and plenty for two. The Singapore Laksa is delicious, if a bit splattery! Run by lovely people.

It used to be good and was a frequent customer but disappointed how rushed we need to finish eating got there at 7:10 PM, at around 8:00 PM, waiter or manager probably owner keep on going back to our table grabbing empty plates without permission while we are still eating. This was a very sad day for us and was hoping to light up the mood and enjoy comfort food but the manager made it worst. Laksa used to be good but now lack seasoning. Unfortunately it might take some time before we could come back, maybe never. :(

I drove over 100km to eat here tonight. It was my first time ever eating here. Been wanting to come here for years. Tried the Singapore Laksa Spicy Coconut and it's the best coconut dish I have had in my life. Hands down. If you like Ramen bowls then trying this is a MUST - a different spin and different taste altogether.
The owner doesn't take pictures with any celebrities that come here to eat. I bet many celebrities do come here low key and the owner is just too busy making the best tasting food possible.
The food is so great! Especially Laksa. Staff is friendly!

The food here is absolutely delicious. The beef skewers are my favorite—tender and full of flavor. The fried noodles are very impressive with strong wok hei, and the laksa is rich and satisfying. Service is excellent—staff are friendly and attentive. Definitely a place worth coming back to.
