There's tea, then there's tea! This shop carries the highest quality tea and has close relationships with their suppliers all over the world. I've bought delicious milk oolong from them, pu-er tea (they have various ages and cakes/bricks), as well as their green, black and fruity teas. They have some herbal teas too (linden flower, passion flower) and almost anything you may be looking for. The family that runs it is knowledgeable, generous and passionate about tea. Highly recommend.

Amazing shop with fresh, well priced teas. The best matcha I’ve ever tried (and I’ve tried nearly all), with a very knowledgeable and kind tea master.

We have bought MANY Danoon mugs from Tea Time over the years and were very disappointed when we took one in that was leaking through a hairline crack. We had bought it very recently and hoped they might help in some way e.g. exchange, refund, etc. We were simply told that all sales were final and to contact Danoon if were were dissatisfied. Not the kind of customer service you would hope of a small 'boutique' shop. We definitely would not go back and will have to find another source for Danoon and teas on the Northshore.

My husband and I have been going there for more than a decade to get the best quality tea leaves. I've experienced many upgrades in the variety and the quality of their tea. They seem to test different flavor of natural tea from many tea harvesters from all over the world. My favorites are Himalayan green tea and organic earl grey tea!!

I have been going to this store since they opened on 14th street. They have the best earl grey cream and camomile mint teas. The only place I buy tea.

I've been walking by here daily for over a decade and the same mugs are in the window. This place is frozen in time, which makes me wonder how often their tea supply is turned over. I love tea and have received some hostess gifts from here over the years and it's nice but I prefer Murchies.
Clint was extremely kind and helpful and so knowledgeable! Not to mention super generous with his time, and helping me find something unique.

Best place to get loose leaf tea! The biggest selection of fresh seasonal Darjeelings and Assams. I'll never go anywhere else.

Very good selection of tea, however if you claim to care for the planet on your website, it would be great to consider accepting customer's containers for refill. Several businesses do this (ex: another tea shop in the area) and there are ways to reduce the hygiene issue (sanitizing or no touch process). Vancouver is already doing this for beverages for example. Regards.

According to National Geographic, the world’s most consumed beverage —not counting water — is tea. At this North Vancouver store, we find near endless varieties of tea, along with expert advice about the products. Tea is a drink that is simple to prepare, yet complex through subtle differences. It may take a little time to change, but if you add sugar, milk or cream, stop now. Purchase different types of loose leaf tea, prepare as directed and enjoy real tea.

Fantastic place, the best tea shop I've been to. the owner is very polite and extremely knowledgeable. Introduced me to Chocolate tea and Earl Grey Cream which are both marvellous. He gave me free sample since it was my first visit and bought the best tea infuser I've come across. be returning regularly. cheers.
