Food was pretty good. Good flavour and portion was alright. Service was subpar. Staff had more interest chatting with each other rather than serving.

It was pretty good. Honestly at first I didn’t like it that much but now I’m finding myself wanting to go back. It’s like a weird first few bites if you’re not used to it but the last of your meal it’s so good. I got the boil with shrimp corn and potatoes. I feel everyone needs to try this at least once.

It was a delicious meal perfect for Korean tastes.
However, I think it would be a good idea to think more about how to eat it.

I made a reservation for 6 with the understanding that 15 percent would be added to our bill automatically, unfortunately 2 friends could not come so we showed up as 4. The service was atrocious - the restaurant was mostly empty and we had to flag down our server to order, they brought the dishes and dumped them off, never once checking on us, filled our water a couple times. The portions are huge and you eat with your hands so there were a LOT of dishes. The servers never once came to clear them and we waited over 30 mins for our bill while the servers stood around chatting. They still charged us a 15 percent automatic gratuity even though a) we were 4 people not 6 b) the restaurant was mostly empty with 2 other tables at most c) they did not serve us! They literally knew they were automatically getting a gratuity and didn't even provide a basic level of service to justify that, I've had better table service at McDonalds. There are plenty of other seafood restaurants in Vancouver with better service no reason to come here.

I don't usually share reviews, but this time, our team was not happy with the service. We would not highly recommend visiting in this location, Robson?

This is the best place to get seafood with a unique cajun twist in this area.

Yeah, I said it.

The food is absolutely to die for; I have only one comparison. Imagine the scene from the original Jurassic Park where the dinosaurs are first introduced on screen. But with a 1 million megawatt sound system when the big one stomps on the ground.

The second the flavor hits your mouth everything ceases to exist. There is only the sensation of you and a perfect blend of spices. Cracks begin to form throughout the earth around you. Buildings fall, people scream, and worst of all a dog yelps in the distance.

But you however having discovered the earth-shaking power behind this blend of spices can only ask one thing. "Can I get a second serving to go?"

Bringing things back to reality. This restaurant is perfect in every aspect except the prices.

This means most people will not initially understand the portion size relative to price. $100+ for a single dish will also have most people walk out the door regardless of options.
But as someone who has had it firsthand.

✋️Hand to God.

It is a $100+ of freshly caught and seasoned crab of the stated species.

(There are also lower-cost options that also capture the flavor and seasoning I talk about. Mussels, clams, and you guessed it crab. Typically will run about 30-50 for 2-3 bags.)

YOU like the royalty of old control your seasoning level for the dish. As the royalty of the old is treated to a veritable individual feast no matter your budget.

The prices however mean fewer people so gregarious or friendly people will find slim pickings for conversation or merriment.

Remember to bring your own company.
Only come if you can afford it because the totals can easily be $200+ for large groups. (5-8 people)

My total with 3 people $164.83

Parking: Streets are crowded so have fun. Local lots are paid subscriptions.

It was delicious and filling. I poured my food on the tablecloth and ate it while wearing plastic gloves. There are a few things that are disappointing. It would have been more fantastic if they had served everything on a large plate at once... Or if the tablecloth had been made of large plastic instead of paper... And the gloves would have been perfect if they had been made of latex instead of plastic... If these things could be improved, this would be the place. would have been really, really perfect. The taste is the best!!!!! The price is okay too.

We are visiting from Ontario and USA, we chose this restaurant because we had a good experience from Ontario.. we arrived a bit past 8pm but our friends have arrived early and has put our order. When we arrived it felt like we were being rushed and the servers seems unhappy and seems unfriendly. It is sad that we were looking forward to a great dinner with fellow business owners. They even started sweeping the floor next to us while we were eating. Will not recommend this place to friends.
