I give up.Honestly, I didn't think I could be let down by Chopped leaf, but I was.I ordered the Mediterranean wrap which should have grape tomatoes, red onion, crushed pita, romaine, feta, and a tzatziki dressing.Sounded delicious and relatively healthy so I figured why not.I am literally trying to find an remnants of the tomato or red onion.This wrap is just loaded with romaine, and thankfully it got chicken or it would literally just be a romaine wrap.I added pictures of the 3 bites that I took with nothing except romaine and chicken.This is so irritating considering that the wrap itself will cost you about $15 and I even put a tip on top of that. Feeling like a complete moron now.I consider this to be theft. I'm paying for something and not receiving it.

I pop in here from time to time ... the staff are always friendly, warm and super efficient. Jashan is very often the one serving me, she's always got my order the way I like it, she's quick and cares about how she does her job. Always cheerful and quick good service, from all the staff. Not sure what kind of food safe training or common decency the staff has here but I truly don't appreciate being served black slime lettuce.This lettuce was so far gone I could smear brownish blackish pooh streaks with it across a piece of paper towel!Unsafe and disgusting.

Horrible service. A woman with a thick foreign accent yelled at me over the phone as I requested a refund, refused to apologize or accept this was an error on behalf of the store. Continued to call me “my dear” in a condescending manner and without addressing the issue. Did not let me speak to her manager and was very rude. The website indicates delivery is an option but that isn’t true - you need to go through an app but it’s still an option on checkout - I received confirmation through text and email. Staff charges you but fails to notify until 10 minutes before the order is scheduled to arrive.

got a caesar salad and choc milk and it was bussin, good portion and taste although they said the milk was fairlife it wasn't, it was milk 2 go but that's whatever even though fairlife is way better

Tiny portion, bowl was half filled. Other locations usually fill the bowl. It's not cheap here so I expect to at least be satisfied with the portion

I recently visited the North Vancouver Chopped Leaf and it had great service, especially from Dilpreet Dhaliwal. She was kind and catered to all my needs. I tried the spicy chicken sandwich and it was perfectly made. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family, and come again.

This place is clean and nicely air-conditioned. Fast service- just one employee, but she was quick and precise. Fresh, quality ingredients. I enjoyed my salad very much

Good healthy food, super inefficient and slow prep process at all my visits. Will consider changing my review if they put a better process in place

Pegasus salad: Staff ignored the special instructions to hold the olives. My wife hurt her tooth on an olive pit that shouldn’t have been there in the first place.
