We had an amazing experience at The Lobby Restaurant at the Pinnacle Hotel in North Vancouver. Our server Jason leslie was absolutely exceptional — professional, warm, and incredibly attentive.

I had the tacos and my husband had the steak frites — both delicious — but it was Jason’s five-star-plus service that truly made our visit unforgettable. His charming smile, genuine care, and attention to detail went far above and beyond.

Jason should be recognized and promoted — he’s a true gem and made our day! 👏✨

Chicken waffles were the best I have ever had. Spicy, sweet, crisp waffles and sweet strawberry's. Wait staff were attentive, all round excellent experience.

We had a reservation and were shown to our table without delay- we all ordered eggs benny- the flavour was there but they were all cold- it was very hard to get the servers attention and she was not one that checked on our table or topped up coffees unless you could flag her down

Excellent service and good both in terms of quality and presentation. The only distraction was the type of music and its volume coming from the lounge adjacent to the restaurant.

To begin with, after having booked a table/booth almost a month ago (Sep 19) in the 3 days prior to our dinner I received an email, a text message and a phone call to confirm my booking. I replied to both the email and the text message confirming that we are coming. And I confirmed verbally on the phone with a real person, when she called. However, when we arrived at The Lobby they could not find my booking in the system. Luckily we got a table. No booth was available. Service was excellent, the food less so. I believe they were short in the kitchen. The lobster bisque was excellent, but the salad could have used sommore dressing (was quite dry), the halibut was dry/overcooked, and so was the turkey. The prime rib was ok. Great ambience otherwise.

Had Thanksgiving dinner with a friend and stepmom. The table decor was quite pleasant. Our server Brad was amazing, very polite and friendly. We all ordered from the 3 course that was available. My stepmom and friend had the Turkey for their main dish which was good but dry. I had the halibut with risotto it was amazingly delicious. From the moment we arrived to leaving we felt welcomed and valued as guests. My only comment would be the 3 course was pricy. The dessert wasn't that great. Another dessert option would have been nice.

Parking in hotel is far too expensive, $32.50 + $12.52 service fee=$45.02. Parking should be included with dinner reservations. Our wait for each of the 3 dinner courses was far too long. Our reservation was 5:30 and were seated on time. It is totally unacceptable that our first course was 25 minutes late. Our main course was another 30 minutes late. This was a set Thanksgiving menu. Why would each course take so long? I had to ask for more parking time in order to enjoy dessert. Summary: This was our first and will be our last time with this restaurant.

Four of us went to The Lobby for Thanksgiving dinner. We were seated quickly and our server was excellent ( I wish I had her name). Three of us ordered the turkey dinner and the other one ordered the prime rib. After an excellent beetroot and burrata salad, the main dishes arrived. The turkey dinner comprised of turkey, stuffing, brussel sprouts, carrots, squash, mashed potatoes, gravy and cranberry sauce. Presentation was well done. My first bite of the turkey and gravy was lukewarm, the brussel sprouts hard as hockey pucks and the carrots could be used as the sticks. Not a very good first impression. Server came over and I outlined my concerns (after confirming with the others in the party that there food was palatable). Server returned a few minutes later with a new, very hot plate of food, but the turkey was tasteless and the vegetables still very undercooked. The manager attended our table and I relayed my disappointment to him. Four mediocre meals, a pricey bottle of wine, and gratuity was $400. I have had excellent meals at The Lobby in the past. Maybe the mass special dinners are not their specialty.

Quite a disappointing experience. Had planned to lunch with friends for Thanksgiving. Once arrived we were informed that the Thanksgiving dinner special was not served until after 2pm. I had confirmed that it would be available for a 12:45pm seating two days before. When we said that is why we came to the Lobby for lunch quite a bit of talk among the employees happened and we were then informed we could be served at 1:30. The turkey was dry and the dressing was indescribable....I understand why they hid it under the sliced turkey and gravy. Also felt rushed by the waitress as stated she was going off her shift and could we settle the bill.....I was going to have a coffee but felt rushed so just paid. Not the greatest time and not sure I will return

Everything we had was delicious. The Creme Brûlée' was outstanding. Outstanding value for the meal. Travelzoo offer of dinner for 2, shared appy and dessert, 2 mains was only $49!! Though choices were somewhat limited. Service was slow or leisurely depending on your mood. Would go back.

We had a wonderful breakfast at the Lobby restaurant, they have a very good selection to choose from and we were delighted to hear that the smoke salmon in the omelette is smoked in-house . Our server was very friendly and competent. We will definitely go back there again to eat
