My friend and I split a groupon brunch deal, which includes an entree and a drink (alcoholic options incl!!). Our server Craig (also the bar manager I think) was hands down the best part of our visit. We had great conversation, his drinks were excellent, and he was very knowledgeable. We both got the smoked salmon eggs benny, which came with thinly sliced potatoes. The potatoes were delicious - crispy but soft in the middle. The eggs were cooked perfectly, English muffin was just the right amount of crispy. The only weak point was how fishy the smoked salmon was, it really tasted like the ocean. However some people prefer that and I wouldn't say I didn't enjoy the meal overall. Would we pay full price for the meal? Probably not. HOWEVER, we definitely plan to return to the bar, solely based on Craig's unparalleled energy. If he was at the check in desk, hotel guests would undoubtedly feel more welcome than who was up front at the time. Thanks Craig you're the best!!!
Got a Groupon for a 3-course dinner and it exceeded my expectations! The food was good - we really enjoyed the lettuce wraps and blackened chicken, our server was really kind and attentive, and they were very accommodating with dietary restrictions. Classy vibe in the heart of Lower Lonsdale.
The food was absolutely delicious. One of the best meals that we had. Although it took longer than usual to get our order in and also to receive our first drinks. But overall very good.
Good but not superb. Food and drinks expensive, booths are nice but the rest of the seats are better for lunch/brealfast
Unbelievable deal with Travelzoo. Great attentive service. Great location with delicious meal.
This was the BEST Eggs Bennedict I have ever had, and I have had many. The Hollandaise sauce was so creamy, and with a nice kick of lemon. I had the prime rib, shredded, and it was so juicy in it's own sauce. The poached eggs were a perfect medium. It's a smaller restaurant, a Lobby at the base of a hotel. So it was quiet, and we got fast refills on our coffee, and quick responses to our requests. Our server was so kind, and so friendly. She chatting with us, like she was one of our friends. And as we left the bartender thanked us for coming. It just felt cozy, and home-like. Great place to go for our Girls Dates Out, as we want a quiet place to reconnect, over great food, and friendly and prompt service. And then the walk by the Pier and the Markets afterwards, rounded out a perfect Sunday morning.
The food is excellent. The service is great . The atmosphere is relaxing. We don't ever feel that we are being rushed to leave .
Service was excellent, craig the waiter bar tender was beyond the best service we have had anywhere lately. Food was also excellent.
Service deplorable. It has a great menu but food was brunch was cold, everyone's meals. Cold eggs cold hash and a 45 min wait with plenty servers and half filled restaurants.
The server was great, the portions were small for the price compared to the last three times that I have visited the restaurant. We ordered some appetizers and there was five pieces of small wings for $18.50 which was definitely not worth it. I don't mind spending $18.50 but put a little more please. My main course had 3 small mini broccolini's as vegetables. Something has changed because the last three times I visited the portions were bigger and it was great.

The server was excellent. Professional. Polite. Attentive. Friendly. The beer was excellent. Salmon rice bowl was good
The food and service was very good but the music was loud with a constant beating which took away from the experience
We've been to The Lobby many times before and have always enjoyed great food and excellent service. Unfortunately, our Mother's Day experience was a disappointment. Our server truly did his best despite the restaurant being clearly understaffed, but the food fell short of the usual standards. The fixed menu offered very few alternatives for dietary restrictions—particularly for those needing dairy-free options. The kids' meals were served with noticeably smaller portions than usual and arrived stone cold. While the staff corrected this quickly, the fact that such meals left the kitchen in the first place reflects poor oversight. Even the prime rib, typically a highlight, was underwhelming and lacked flavour. While we understand the need for a simplified menu on busy days like Mother's Day, the overall execution was lacking. Until improvements are made, we won't be returning for special occasions.
Lovely experience for our Anniversary last night. Food was great and Alexa our server was fantastic. She was very pro-active as we didn't have to wait for anything. Overall she made our night a great one. It's not often these days you get a nice waitress like her. Thanks again.
Nice meal, good service, wine list could be a little more well rounded, cocktails were good
