We love the food / service and atmosphere! Already booked for our meeting next week ! Definitely recommend !

The food was good - well prepared and presented. Our waitress, Amanda, has to be commended for outstanding service -she was very helpful and there when we needed her. Her timing was excellent! Every restaurant should have an Amanda! Let's not forget the kitchen. The food was excellent - the salad was fresh - my partner's lamb was excellent, she said and the fish I ate was excellent too. Congrats to the restaurant and the team there.

There is nothing quite like basking in the glow of a sun-drenched dining room, watching the world drift by at the Shipyard.

I finally satisfied my craving with fish and chips that hit every note: a golden, audible crunch giving way to succulent, tender flakes. Alongside, delicately slim fries offered an irresistible, light-as-air crispness, while a zesty coleslaw provided the perfect refreshing counterpoint. To finish, a citrusy, mint-infused passionfruit juice acted as a vibrant palate cleanser.

It was a feast so wonderfully indulgent that it demanded total relaxation—the exact kind of luxury a self-care day deserves.

We had a very poor experience at the Lobby last night. It was extremely noisy. The food was an hour late due to a big party and staff shortage. The food should have been all complimentary instead of a discount. I would appreciate a voucher to go back and experience it under different circumstances.

Birthday celebrations were spectacular at “The Lobby” on the main floor of the Pinnacle Hotel.

Dana, our server, was very friendly, diligently filling classes and making sure we were pleased with the flavours.

Appetizers :Wagyu Beef Carpaccio and Quinoa Salad

Mains: Pacific Ling Cid in Risotto
And Pork Belly and Scallops on the shell.

Desserts: Tiramisu and Chocolate Crème Brûlée - gets the “Oscar for Best Brûlée Ever in Your Life”

Got Groupons for their lunches. Had fish and chips and meatballs with spaghetti. They were good and were the drinks of Ceasar and mimosa. Service from Craig was wonderful as he was attentive and friendly.

Our server was very friendly and helpful. The food was very good, and fairly priced. My family keeps coming to this restaurant for special dinners because of the consistently good food and good service.

Mixed grill with delicious shrimp, potatoes and salmon, the steak is a bit over cooked. Lobster bisque is very good and recommend. Overall a good place to have dinner if you are in the area .

Very disappointing experience and a complete waste of time. We had a reservation for 10:30 AM, which I later changed to 11:00 AM. When I made the change, I informed the lady at the front that we had a coupon and even showed a screenshot of the policy from the website just to be sure. Nothing was mentioned at that time about any restrictions. However, when we arrived on the morning of the 26th, we were told they do not honour Groupon vouchers on Boxing Day because it is considered a holiday. I honestly don’t understand how Boxing Day is being treated as a holiday in this situation, especially since this was never communicated to us beforehand. The Groupon is only valid Monday to Friday, and due to my work schedule, I can’t come on other days, so this ended up being a waste of both time and money for us. The servers could have been much more polite and informative about the situation as well. Overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing, and unfortunately, I don’t think we’ll be returning to this restaurant again.

We dropped by the lobby lounge for a pre-Christmas drink. We also ordered food from the lounge menu. Our server (Jason) had a great sense of humor. Good location to meet a friend and catch up on things.
