It was amazing! From, Chloe, the Hostess, to the waiter, Mark, who was outstanding, and the food was amazing! I had the Pesto Risotto, for my appetizer, the Beef Tenderloin, on grilled Romaine, with Frites, done perfectly! The view was spectacular! But none of it could have been pulled off without the personality and care of our server, Mark!

Went here to celibate our 48th; great atmosphere, service & food. With the city lights displayed below couldn’t ask for a better venue

Everything was excellent – the view, the service, and the food. The only thing was that the wait between the main course, dessert, and paying the bill was a bit long, which was a little tiring, But overall, it’s a 5/5 for me

I dined with friends at The Observatory restaurant, and we had a marvelous dinner! The food and wine were all excellent, and the view was spectacular. I was in excellent company and we all really enjoyed our dinner. Our waitress provided excellent service. I would definitely eat here again next time I visit Vancouver.

We went to The Observatory on Grouse Mountain for my birthday dinner. It was our 1st time to Grouse Mountain & we enjoyed the Gondola ride to the top! We walked around a bit before dinner & got to see the two Grizzly Bears. All the staff at The Obsevatory were incredible & we both had the beef tenderloin which was delicious & I had the Chocolate Budino & my wife had the Lemon-Yuzu Tart! Courtney, our server was incredibly attentive & helped make our experience very memorable! We highly recommend this restaurant! We will definitely visit here again!

We had a wonderful time. We went on Friday night. Didn't catch the lady's name on the door but she was wonderful. A very warm and welcoming greeting. Made us feel special and we were celebrating a special occasion. Our waiter Anton was also wonderful. Passionate and knowledgeable and thoughtful. The view was magnificent, and the food spectacular. Highly recommend.

A perfect way to celebrate our anniversary. Meal and service were fantastic all capped off by watching the fireworks display from our table.

Encountered a very rude waiter, lifting a heavy table right in front of me without out checking the surroundings, bumped the leg of table onto the roof and “dude” me, clearly needs some proper training before doing his job.

Despite a massive service breakdown, I am grading this venue based on everything else other than the breakdown.
The service from the our server was better than average. He was polite and attentive and humble despite a kitchen/service failure that he had to clean up. I give him a 4 out of 5 stars.
The food was not what I expected from a restaurant of this calibre. The beef carpacio was average at best.
The steak medallions were not that great. Stringy and over cooked and served on whilted kale with 4 French fries.
The highlight of the meal was the chocolate dessert. It was very good. All in all, the food was 3/5 stars
The view is the best view in Vancouver. 5/5 stars.

Slow service. Reservation is at 8pm, we were asked to pre order our meals a day before. We arrived before 8pm but were seated at almost 830pm. Main course finally arrived at 9:48pm. Food is okay. Very small portions.

Do not waste your money on this restaurant. The complimentary starter was cold and soggy. The cream soup had almost raw potato cubes. You’re better off just paying for the Skyride and eating at Cactus or Earls, get a better meal for the price. We ordered two 2-course and two 3-course meals for four, sharing two desserts. However, were humiliated by the server, presented the birthday plague and candle on a blank plate instead of with one of the desserts.
It’s my first time to leave a bad review for any places

We brought our children to the restaurant today after having great experiences last time . The restaurant is very accommodating But clearly this is not kids friendly restaurant. Our children were overwhelmed by the view and a little bit loud at first but not unrespecful.we left few minutes after the waitress lady corrected our children in front of us with the angry loud voice .She definitely matched our childrens voice .we would appreciate if she kindly remind us ,so we can correct our children ourself instead of embarrassing us .I can never forget the look she gave me when i left .

Had dinner with some out of town friends who were beyond impressed.
The snowy view from the resturant was breathtaking. The food, service, and ambience were first glass. We will be back.
