I go to Timmys on the regular.. Awal usually works the drive thru and she is very friendly and i tell her i'd like to orderi reach the window:)

4 workers in store, no one in store, one car infront of us. Took about 15 min. They charge me 11$ for a coffee. Refund took 4-5 min just to process it. Then it took 3-4 min LONGER to get my coffee. ONE COFFEE!! I’ve never seen such horrible service. I go to a lot of timmies.

I had a bad experience at your Tim Hortons location. The coffee I ordered was completely cold. When I asked for a replacement, the staff member (Awal) was very rude and disrespectful. There was no greeting or basic manners, and her tone was inappropriate.
This is not the level of service I expect from Tim Hortons. I hope this issue will be addressed.

I am writing to report a very disappointing experience at your Tim Hortons location.
I ordered coffee along with food, but the coffee was completely cold. When I politely asked for a change, the staff member named Awal responded very rudely. She said she would give a refund, but her tone and behavior were extremely unprofessional. There was no greeting, no basic courtesy, and the way she spoke was very disrespectful.
I expect better customer service from Tim Hortons. This kind of behavior does not reflect your brand standards. I hope you will look into this matter and take appropriate action so other customers do not have the same experience. It’s not first not ….. I visited every day

Shoutout to Awal working at Tim Hortons tonight. I ordered a steeped tea around 1:51 am, and the service was polite, quick, and professional—especially appreciated at such a late hour. Awal was calm and respectful, and the order was done perfectly. Great late-night customer service

I asked them for two shots of espresso, but they poured regular coffee into my cup instead of espresso, and I'm really sorry that they think the customer doesn't tell the difference between the two.
Today, I ordered two regular coffees with 1 sugar and 1 cream. However, they were too sweet, as if 2 or 3 sugars were added instead of 1.
Since this has happened twice since last week, I wanted to bring it to your attention.
I have never had this issue at other branches.

I’m writing to follow up on a concern I raised approximately nine months ago regarding the damaged and poorly designed curbs in your drive-thru lane.
Unfortunately, nothing has been done, and the situation has now worsened. The curbs have deteriorated further, and there is now a large hole where dirt previously filled the space. This creates a serious risk of vehicle damage and poses a safety hazard for customers using the drive-thru.
This is a very busy location, and many vehicles, including larger trucks and SUVs, regularly struggle to clear these curbs. It’s frustrating to see this issue go unaddressed for such a long period of time, especially as conditions continue to degrade.
I strongly encourage Tim Hortons to prioritize removing these curbs before damage occurs to customers’ vehicles.
