Why have all Tim Horton's gotten soooo slow? This used to be the place to quickly drop in before or after a game to grab something quickly. Now you're guaranteed to be there at least 20 minutes from start to finish. Seems coincidental this started with those self-order kiosks.

Since 2001, Tim Hortons, the Zaremba family, Andy, and his son Mike have consistently supported law enforcement, veterans, the armed forces, cadets—including police cadets—and have demonstrated unwavering commitment to honouring fallen officers through participation in funerals and memorial services. Their support includes providing coffee, hot chocolate, donuts, Timbits, cookies, and other refreshments without hesitation. When incidents occur involving the death of an officer in the line of duty, Andy, now retired, and his son—who is the current owner—offer prompt, complimentary support to ensure that services are properly conducted, reflecting their dedication and commitment to the law enforcement community. Both Andy and Mike Zaremba serve their community, citizens, and the nation of Canada with exemplary dedication, demonstrating selflessness and integrity. We are profoundly grateful for their contributions. Thank you.

I must say, the front desk staff is extremely unprofessional. Their behavior reflects a complete lack of basic courtesy and customer service ethics. The attitude is filled with arrogance and an obvious disregard for professionalism. It’s disappointing to see such incompetence and poor manners from someone representing the front desk. Give chance to the real people those who know How to be behaved with a customer?

I asked and re iterated 4 separate times that I would like a coffee with 1 cream, and after the lady behind the counter stared blankly at me for a while as if I was speaking a foreign language, I somehow ended up with a coffee containing sugar and no cream, and to top it off there was a dirty coin in the bag sitting on my donut. I was in a hurry so by the time I noticed it was too late to go back and ask for a refund, but I will never be going back to this location. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting it's a shame what's become of our beloved Tim's lately

Went to use my app for a 200 points offer on a purchase, made said purchase on a medium double double, was then charged points for the coffee I ordered and charged 55 cents on my debit which was the moment when I realized there was an error with the transaction. Made it known to the employee who served me with the management right behind them and both of them did nothing, where the employee acted like nothing wrong occurred, was very difficult dealing with the language barrier where they cant fully understand the issue and you have to play charades.

I took a school group of 26 students and 5 teachers to this Tim Hortons in North Vancouver earlier this month. I had pre-ordered our loaded chicken wraps, given the size of our group, and made into a combo with a lemonade and a donut. When we arrived, everything was ready, and the manager, Navam, and her team welcomed us with smiles and gave us our food and drinks promptly, without even disrupting the flow of their regular lunchtime crowd. The restaurant has ample seating and we were all able to enjoy the food nicely before continuing with our school trip. Thank you to Navam and the team.
