Abysmal. 8 out of 10 times your order will be incorrect. There is no accountability for employees who are making mistakes repeatedly. I was coming often and it’s the same few people who make the order incorrectly every time. The manager in the past has said “just ask for me and I will make sure it’s made correctly” - I shouldn’t need to wait in line plus ask for a manger just to make sure an order is double toasted. Especially when it’s written on the screen when they’re making it. Managers and owners have little to no leadership experience to run a business like this and it shows with poor customer experiences.

Totally disgusting experience never get my order on time. I don’t know what the staff do here just talking to each other nothing else. When I was asking about my order talked to me very rudely. I don’t recommend it to anyone.

One of the Best Tim Hortons in Metro Vancouver as they always have good selection of donuts and that the restaurant itself is relatively clean and spacious.

Tim Hortons needs to stop trying to become a restaurant and focus on back to there original basics.
Most spots are messy as well.

I usually grab my morning meal from here since it is on the way to work. unfortunately, my food is regularly prepared Incorrectly or just all together cold, I finally decided to give this review after eating here almost 20 times and the toasted bagels being cold and not cut through completely, I have to rip them, I had requested them to cut them multiple times and the issue was never fixed. I dislike giving bad reviews but I feel I've given enough time to fix it

My recent visit to my local Tim Hortons was a frustrating experience that took nearly 20 minutes. After placing my order for three breakfast sandwiches, each with hashbrowns, and a coffee, I waited for what felt like an eternity.
To add to the frustration, there was a discrepancy in my order. Despite paying for three sandwiches, I was initially given only two. The cashier insisted I hadn’t been charged for the third, yet I received three orders of hashbrowns. Since I was not given a receipt, I was unable to verify the transaction, I was forced to purchase the missing sandwich.
The breakfast wrap, in particular, was a disappointment. It was significantly smaller than in previous years, while the price had increased.

It’s disheartening to see such a decline in service and product quality at a once-reliable establishment.

Sad to say I won't be returning to TH

Never had issues in this Tim Hortons at the time I went.
Staff is always friendly and I get my drink served quick going inside.
Chai latte can not be found on the machines and they always taste different than the previous time, you never know what you get lol.

This location consistently has a bad reputation for messing up orders and not so great service.

I always order ice Capps with milk because I am allergic to the brand of cream they use and when my order came I double checked that it was indeed milk like I ordered and they said no and had to remake it. I saw the guy just take the same drink and “re-blend” it and tried to present it as remade.

I didn’t even bother correcting him cause I could tell he was being spiteful. I just threw it out and I have made a mental note not to go back here and will let people I know about my experience here.

My date of purchase was Oct.30 at around 6pm for the management who might be looking to improve their service.

I came to the place and placed an order; about 5-10 people after me were served faster. My order wasn’t large, just 20 Timbits. The wait time is around 15 minutes or more. If you’re planning to pop in quickly, I wouldn’t recommend it—they’re working slowly.
