I was Tim Hortons,Marin drive location, this morning and ordered a Farmer’s Wrap with no cheese and no sauce. I specifically requested no sauce and no cheese. Unfortunately, this has happened several times now — when I opened it, there was cheese inside. I was already on the road and couldn’t come back to return it.I threw it away! I always emphasize about that! My order number was 164

Months ago I wrote a negative review of this location but based on Mon’s excellent customer service I couldn’t give anything below 5 stars. As a regular customer, I personally would love to see people like Mon in management positions :) Something to consider.

The staff at this location have become very unwelcoming. They often do not greet customers, make eye contact, listen attentively, or show basic respect. This behavior feels impolite and unprofessional. This location was not like this before; the change has been noticeable over the pas year, and I'm not sure why. Management at Tim Hortons should address this issue, as this is not the level of service customers expect.
I can only repeat what others already complained about…Incredibly rude Asian lady didn’t even tell us the order number or ask for a name, manners aren’t something bad to learn
