Friday evening was getting busy so I stopped by at this location after 5pm. Nice music was playing, quite calming and relaxing. I decided to order at counter and then switched to the app to earn extra points. To my surprise, the barista was already motivated to help me after I changed my mind to order online. I had some questions about the order and Raman (at the front) took care of the order right away and helped me get what I wanted very smoothly. Thanks to Raman it was an excellent snack visit

My fitst experience at Tim Hortons was not entirely great. The senior associate at the front, I believe her name was Cecilia, was rude.I had not yet completed my order when she informed me of the total and proceeded to walk away to retrieve my items. On top of everything she have me the wrong timbit

the Old phillipine lady at the Counter has some kind of Attitude towards Daily visit customers. She needs to be at the back . She just destroys the mood in the morning everyday . She speaks In arrogant way when we are giving our food oders . I tried to avoid her everyday but She still Screams At front . I don't usually review but I have to do it to take their attention. Rest of the crew is very professional and respectful .
Edit: I was seeing other people reviews they also have same problem with that lady .

We live a 5 minute walk from this location, which is very handy for those days where you don’t feel like making breakfast.
Our older son ordered some breakfast as he didn’t feel like making something so he ordered me a Bacon Scrambled Egg Loaded Box and a Frozen Lemonade drink.
The loaded box was really tasty as this was the first time I tried it. The scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns and smoky chipotle sauce went together really well and made for a good breakfast!
