I tried the mocha coffee, it had a very faint chocolate flavor but the burnt coffee flavor was definitely noticeable. The coffee I usually order tastes much better. But overall the staff is very polite and the place is nice. And I meant this as a review of the product.

I visited this Tim Hortons location on a day when the outside temperature was around 30–32°C, and to my surprise, it was even hotter inside. The thermostat showed 83°F (around 28–29°C), making the environment extremely uncomfortable.
Now imagine the staff working under these conditions — not only in this heat, but also standing next to grills, ovens, toasters, and other hot appliances all day. It’s hard to believe management hasn’t taken steps to fix this issue. The situation feels careless and unsafe, both for employees and for customers who expect a comfortable place to sit and enjoy their food.
Honestly, it makes me question if this location should even remain open under such poor conditions. Where is the management’s attention and responsibility?

The heat inside this Tim Hortons is unbearable and shows clear negligence from management. Forcing staff to work in such unsafe conditions is unacceptable and could be considered a form of harassment. Proper temperature control is a basic necessity—fix this immediately and start prioritizing the health and safety of your employee

Atmosphere: Floor was sticky, and temperature was too warm. Not terrible, but definitely could have been better. Again, it was exceptionally busy during our visit, so it isn't a harsh criticism.
Overall, I'd give this Tim Hortons a 3/5. Not a horrible experience, and if it's your go-to, you may have been more satisfied. Kudos to the staff for being positive!

Whenever I’m in North Vancouver on weekends especially when I am in need of a good coffee or break away from the house, I come here to dine in by myself and I always get my orders correct. The staff here provided their best customer service despite being mostly busy, yet they still have the time to give you at least a smile and some would remember you by your usual order. Jewel was definitely one of them, even during the rush of customers coming in ordering and waiting; he made sure that my orders is correct. Thank you !

I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. Despite there being no other customers, I had to wait around 8 minutes just to place my order. The service was extremely slow, and when I finally got my order, some items were missing. On top of that, the lady at the counter was very rude and unprofessional. This kind of service is unacceptable. I will definitely not be coming back to this location again.
