Months ago I wrote a negative review of this location but based on Mon’s excellent customer service I couldn’t give anything below 5 stars. As a regular customer, I personally would love to see people like Mon in management positions :) Something to consider.
This North Van store is amazing! They offer high-quality, efficient service. I needed a last-minute Cambrian Coffee order (105 cups), and they were able to accommodate me on very short notice—when other stores turned me away. Incredible staff!
Friday evening was getting busy so I stopped by at this location after 5pm. Nice music was playing, quite calming and relaxing. I decided to order at counter and then switched to the app to earn extra points. To my surprise, the barista was already motivated to help me after I changed my mind to order online. I had some questions about the order and Raman (at the front) took care of the order right away and helped me get what I wanted very smoothly. Thanks to Raman it was an excellent...
