I tried the mocha coffee, it had a very faint chocolate flavor but the burnt coffee flavor was definitely noticeable. The coffee I usually order tastes much better. But overall the staff is very polite and the place is nice. And I meant this as a review of the product.
Food: Certain items were unavailable during visit, but understandable. Drinks were okay, not to our liking but definitely not bad.
Service: Staff was friendly despite being very busy!
Atmosphere: Floor was sticky, and temperature was too warm. Not terrible, but definitely could have been better. Again, it was exceptionally busy during our visit, so it isn't a harsh criticism.
Overall, I'd give this Tim Hortons...

Whenever I’m in North Vancouver on weekends especially when I am in need of a good coffee or break away from the house, I come here to dine in by myself and I always get my orders correct. The staff here provided their best customer service despite being mostly busy, yet they still have the time to give you at least a smile and some would remember you by your usual order.
