I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru today. The manager on duty spoke in a rude and dismissive way, even though I was being polite and just have conversations with the other employee that I’m taking same order every time but this time you guys told we turn off the oven and then she jumped into conversation Instead of helping, she sounded irritated and delivered a bad customer service, which made the whole interaction uncomfortable. A manager should set the tone for the team, and this kind of attitude doesn’t reflect well on the store.
I hope the location looks into this and works on improving customer service. A simple friendly approach would make a big difference. (Special message for her I’d like to offer a suggestion that could help strengthen your role as a manager. Focusing on clear communication, patience, and a friendly tone can make a big difference for customers and your team. Staying calm, even during busy moments, helps create a positive environment and shows strong leadership. Small changes in how you speak to people can really improve the overall experience. I hope this feedback is helpful)

For the past few years this location has been supporting our veteran’s group by providing snacks and beverages for all of our volunteers and veterans on Remembrance Day. For that alone they get a huge shout out from me. That is a hallmark of what community is all about. 👏👏👏👍👍

I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location and feel it needs to be addressed. As I entered the drive-thru, there were no signs, instructions, or markings to guide customers on where to order or which route to follow. Because of this lack of signage, I naturally followed the lane that seemed correct.
When I reached the window, the staff member spoke to me in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner. Instead of politely explaining the situation, she immediately told me that I “did not order at the speaker” and spoke as if it was my fault , despite the fact that there were no visible signs communicating the proper process. She also went as far as blaming me for taking the wrong route in the drive-thru, which again, is something that could have been avoided if the location had clear directions posted.
Customer service should be based on respect, patience, and communication, and unfortunately none of these were shown during my visit. The attitude and tone used were completely unnecessary and made the experience stressful and unpleasant.
I hope management looks into this and provides proper training and signage so customers are not treated disrespectfully or blamed for things that aren’t their fault. This location needs improvement in communication, professionalism, and overall customer service.

On Friday morning I had an unpleasant experience with a staff member. She was wearing glasses and spoke rudely, interrupted me, and gave me a cup of coffee that wasn’t hot. I visit this location often, they're always friendly and helpful.
Drink was good, got my usual double double. They always make it right. Service is nice, the people there are always warm and friendly. Store is a bit small as it's mainly a drive-thru. A good store to visit if you're in town! 👍
